BoBo's Ribbon Ice — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I stood there waiting for five teenagers to make a small order that took a very long time they got two things between the five of them. And it took them about 10 minutes and then they didn't even acknowledge me and they took the people that walked in way after me before me when I was standing right in front of them and then I said something to my boyfriend twice. And I still wouldn't look at me. They didn't have any of their hot food which is why we came we wanted to spend some money and have a nice dinner we had heard good things about it. It's they had acknowledged us I would have ordered shaved ice for us and brought some home to all the kids instead of them just doing the two 7 and $12 orders that they did. Unfortunate for everyone. Customer service not great.

In the past I have enjoyed coming to this place but over the past few months I hesitate to come in because of the staff. The girls who work up front don’t greet incoming customers or try to have a positive attitude, they just wait til you’re at the counter, blankly stare at you and then ask “can I take your order?” A simple “Hi there, how may I help you” with a smile is more welcoming and doesn’t require much effort. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect everyone to have a good day or be in the best mood at all times but, it also doesn’t excuse you to have such an attitude towards people. I’ve worked in customer service so I understand it can be difficult or sometimes a worker doesn’t mean to come off in such a way but, they should really care about how they come off to others. It just makes me sad when I’m able to provide great service by doing the bare minimum and it can’t even be met when...

There was hardly any greeting from workers.The girl behind counter slames everything around while fixing our drinks. We were here visiting my son for college, there were 4 of us trying to decided what to order so we were trying to rush as they seemed impatient and it felt uncomfortable. Just felt unwelcoming. It was weird when a black artist song came on the switched the song, the one girl sitting talking to the one who fixed our drinks looked our way and laughed. We heard there was racism up here and blacks are not always welcomed here I'm wondering if it's true now. Especially since my son is here for college.
