This is a beautiful establishment let me just get that out before I continue. The decor is beautiful even the music selection is. The boba and macaroons were equally amazing. But regardless of the taste and establishment beauty customer service is most important. This was my second time having boba tea (the first someone ordered for me) And while Iām not familiar with the ordering and different variations of drinks. I believe the best way to know is to ask questions. I am just visiting this area so had to use Google maps to find this place. And because of the ratings and reviews I figured Iād try it out. However the cashier was a young man and he was very rude. I attempted to order and ask a few questions. I received a few eye rolls and was told in a snappy manner that the combination was two separate drinks. Now thatās not what bothered me at all, it was the delivery. I proceeded to order and the rest of my group of 3 did as well. And his customer service was less than pleasant. I informed the cashier that weād be also purchasing macarons. He rang all of our purchases and the total came out to $45.71. The two young ladies that made our order started making them as each of us spoke our orders. Which is what I expected him to do as we picked out the macaroons to be boxed. He did not. He waited impatiently to see if Iād add a tip to the order. And after I decided against the tip due to the customer service I received and the payment was complete he proceeded to rudely box our macaroons. Iām my opinion when you choose to work in a customer service atmosphere you need to be of service to the customer. Your personal feelings whatever they may be need to be sat aside. If youāre having a bad day you need to take the day off. Donāt stand in an establishment that is specific for CUSTOMERS and carry a nasty attitude about yourself. Or towards anyone. No matter the color of their skin or their nationality. Be an example of what should be in the world. Money is green at the end of the day and no matter what it still adds up in the bank. So to the management of this establishment, I suggest that you train your employees to provide customer service to every customer. After all if not for the customers your business would be non existent. I really hope that whoever takes the time to review this really understands the severity of this situation. And should do well to fix it immediately. Itās 2023 do better. And to that young man that was the cashier I hope whatever you were going through gets better for you. None had on gloves which MIGHT mediate the lack of nose covering.... but both the ones not covering their noses touched their face masks while preparing our drinks. I made sure to germ x the cup, lid, and straw. Iād say something about the taste, but due to the lack of nose covering, Iām contemplating not even drinking it. I once went in here when there was 2 other families that already had there drinks and one in line. They took the 2 people in front of me (who had really simple orders) and then went back to make them which I usually don't mind waiting but I got really peeved when that family got there drinks and the continued to ignore me and started to restock, I left cause I was upset. I went in again today hoping for better service, ordered a 2 milk teas and proceeded to wait for an hour waiting while everyone else got there orders. Once I got my order it was wrong and I had to ask them to remake it. I love the tea there but they need to get there...
