I would like to first start by saying that is has been an entire week after I sending an email letting know about my concern with the club, and NO ONE has teached out to me in any form!! I sign up to the studio in Fayetteville way before there grand opening. Supposedly I got a premier discount of $129.00 I had only signed up for one month so I could try thr club. I used the club before it was there grand opening because we were condiser VIP members . Everything was well no issues whatsoever. I went on a business trip and came back on July 24th, I called the club to find it if there was anything I need to due to cancel the next months charge that was due on July, 28th the person I spoke with said if I had only signed up for one month there was nothing I needed to do thta I wasn’t going to get Charged. A couple days after the 28th of July I noticed a charger from the club for $129.00. I call and spoke to someone else at the club that said that I was miss informed about the information given to me previously. Ok so now I’m out another $129.00 dollar I wasn’t couldn’t be short but I say ok it’s a human mistake. They next time I’m at the club I submit a cancel form to avoid another cahrge for next month. Well to my suprise I’m going to get charged another $129.00 because i have to have a 30 days cancel notice. INFORMATION THEY FAILED TO GIVE BOTH TIMES I CALLED!!!! I already upset that there are going to be three charges for $129.00 not what I have had planned at ALL. I take the class with no issue on a Saturday. I then scheduled a class for Sunday at noon that I show up only to realize that the class has been cancelled and NO ONE HAD THE COURTESY TO INFORM ME. They do charge you if you do not show up to a class that you have scheduled, so I dont find that fair at all. So they again I got to a class I had scheduled for a 7pm class and to my surprise the class has agian been cancelled did someone reach out to me NO NO they didn’t. I sent an email to tell them about this while situation I paying for a club that I’m unable to USE!! I would like to management to please give me a refund for the two extra money charged and for someone to show like they care about...
Read moreI had been an avid runner for years, since I was a teen. And well, time passes and my body just wasn't giving me the results I was desiring. Thankful that OT came to Fayetteville, AR!!! My bestie in the Phoenix area had mentioned this gym years ago. I didn't join Rogers because I knew myself...the drive...although not far, it was far enough for me NOT to make time to go. But then the Fayetteville gym opened and right by my office so .... no excuses!! I was signed up before the doors opened! Through the years, I have had my ebbs and flows, but I can ALWAYS count on a great workout!!! Coach Katie was my first coach and she had me hooked! Then I had the pleasure of having Coach Al push me forward with his positivity! Coach Cyd, Jessica, and Andrew have all been so inspiring as well!! Coach Summer has been my main coach lately. I have enjoyed seeing her grow as a coach and mentor as well. Her vibe and zest for life is contagious!! The new coaches are doing a great job as well! -- If you have thought about joining, go take a FREE class!! You may be sore after, but it is soooooo worth it in the...
Read moreThe OrangeTheory studio in Fayetteville has been life-changing for me. I was skeptical before I tried it, but it turned out to be the best decision I ever made to get myself into shape and also think more clearly about my health. I've never been the one to be able to go to an open gym and know what to do, let alone stick with it for longer than a couple days. However, at OrangeTheory, I can get a great workout in in an hour's time and the community is second to none. The ease of signing up for classes through the app and the different available times throughout the day (even early in the morning) is great for a parent like me that just needs some exercise to fit into a busy schedule. If you're nervous about trying it out or don't think you'll be able to keep up, OrangeTheory does a great job encouraging everyone to keep at their own pace and also finding modifications for anyone going through nagging injuries or previous injuries that prevent you from doing certain exercises. It's a welcoming place and judgement is always left at the door, which is...
