I normally donât post reviews, but weâve been super patient and understanding with this restaurant. We used to eat here a couple to several times a month, but stopped due to almost every order we get to go is incorrect. We understand that mistakes can happen as to why we have been trying to be patient, but after this many times and reading the reviews you would think management would make drastic changes to give their customers a better experience. Our door dash order today came in and half of our order was missing. The bag was also sealed completely so we know our driver didnât take anything. The driver also kindly waited at the door till we came to grab it. We called this location and the employee who answered the phone at first didnât really sound concerned or apologetic unfortunately and immediately blamed door dash.. I had to tell her that the bag was completely sealed. I had to call back a 2nd time to push more in order to get more of an explanation.
She confirmed that the order was left out of the bag and we could come get our order or they will credit for only partial of the next order we placed. We were very busy today and that is why we had placed a door dash order but she still only gave us an option to take time out of our night to drive across town to get the missing order they forgot, or we can get a credit for our next order. We finished up the phone call with us having to drive to get out order please keep in mind we paid for door dash because we didnât have time to go get it and the restaurant giving us 15% off our next order.
As much as a discount is nice, this is a handful a times where we miss out on a meal and get a discount in replacement of their mishaps. Discounts canât always resolve the issues. We are hoping this review can help, and the way they respond to their Google reviews does not give the customer service experience everyone is looking for., We would like BWW overall to make changes in order for everyone to have a more...
   Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the overall experience I had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I placed an online order at 1:34 PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. When I arrived right at 6:00 Pm, I wasnât greeted at the door. I went to the counter and let the employee know I was there to pick up my order. She checked, told me it wasnât ready, and said she would go back to the kitchen. I waited 15 minutes, but she never returned, and in the meantime, other customers who had just walked in were receiving their orders before me.
I approached another employee to ask about my order. She told me they were very busy and that I just needed to be patient. I explained that I had placed the order hours in advance and had already been waiting well past my pickup time, yet the first employee never followed up. She suggested I check whether I had placed the order at the correct locationâwhich was insultingâand I showed her proof. She finally said she would check with the kitchen.
By now it was 6:22 PM. She came back and said my order was âalmost readyâ but they were still waiting on wings. I asked again why it wasnât ready on time and requested an ETA. Instead, I got more excuses about how wings are popular and take time to cook. At that point, I asked for the manager.
The manager came out about 5 minutes later with my order and apologized. She told me she would personally call to apologize for the poor experience and send me a gift card. While I appreciated the apology, I explained that thereâs no point in offering online orders if customers who walk in can get served faster.
I never received the promised call or gift card, which unfortunately did not surprise me. By the time I got home, the food was cold and dried out.
This was by far the worst restaurant experience Iâve ever hadâpoor staff management, lack of communication, and overpriced, lackluster food. I would never recommend this...

When I thought I might go to BWW I had it in my head that maybe the experience wouldnât be bad this time, maybe the service was better and maybe I wouldnât want to walk into traffic. Nope, once again BWW broke me, not only was the service abysmal, but the only reason we went was to watch one game specifically, and of course that was the one channel we were told there was an error with. But before we found out there was an error, we asked to change one tv to the game about 50 times, before eventually they just turned the tvs off and then told us that channel was having an error. Even though every other channel worked, and every other place was apparently able to show that game, not BWW. The food was average at best, basically microwaved chicken nuggets, and I saw the waitress maybe 2 times total. If I could give this place negative stars I would, and if I was a billionaire I would buy Buffalo Wild Wings and shut down every location just to save people from the experience. This place made me feel like getting hit by a bus would be the best thing that could happen.
