This my favorite place that I have shopping all most 10 years. But I am very disappointed with sales associates at Fayetteville , AR. When I came to get my stuff in the glass case that we have to call for sale associate came to unlock the glass case for us. I do them route and told my name to put waiting for me ready to check out. But when I came to check out they couldn’t find my stuff. Just told me that they don’t know what happens? What? Don’t know what happened. They let me to go back to check in glass case agin maybe they put them back. Put back for what? I don’t understand. I still in the store.just say we don’t know. Read moreThey need more cashiers on Saturday during peek hours. Also, should designate an area specifically for returns and have an express line for 5 items or less. Waiting in line to return something isn't ideal. If you had more cashiers, it would be better. I witnessed several ppl put their items down and walk out because of the long line. The first time I was in here today there was 3 employees behind the counter doing nothing & not calling on anyone in line to check out. Took a few mins for them to pay attention to see that there were ppl in line. Then the second time I was in the store, the line was backed up to almost the men's clothing. So...

The dust and dirt in the store reminds me of a home that has a few long hair dogs, and just fuzz balls everywhere. Theres dump over bottles of products, but no big deal if they cleaned. IF. And if they cleaned it's all smeared, and the floor is sticky. like a sticky sound from my shoes. Yes stuff is cheaper, not less then Ross but good.
