A friend of mine placed a mobile order at this establishment. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, I was asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and gave the name of my friend who was sitting in the passenger seat. The worker then started reading off an order that wasn’t ours. I immediately told them it wasn’t the right one. Then, for some reason, I was asked what exactly was ordered. I read the full order off my friend’s phone—including the code—just to avoid any confusion. After that, there was a long, awkward silence. We waited, thinking they were checking the system, until suddenly the worker said—rudely and without context—“How can I help you…?”
I bluntly replied, “I have a mobile order,” and the worker responded over the speaker with a confused “Huh?” So my friend repeated the order loudly to make sure they heard her clearly. Eventually, we were asked to pull forward.
That’s when we were met at the window by an older woman who greeted us with an attitude. She held a receipt in her hand, reading it as she rolled her eyes, then asked us to repeat the order again. My friend repeated it, but the woman rudely insisted I, the driver, say it myself because she “didn’t hear it”—in an even more condescending tone. So my friend repeated it even louder.
That’s when we were told our order had already been picked up—someone with the same name had apparently taken it. My friend responded, “Well, we don’t have it,” showing she had the app open right there, with the order still unclaimed and clearly displayed. The worker even questioned whether we had actually placed an order there, despite my friend actively reading the order details off the screen. Instead of helping, she just told us to move forward to the front door—where we ended up waiting even longer, despite there being no other cars in line.
When the food was finally brought out, the same woman handed me the bag without making eye contact or saying a single word. Once we checked the bag, the Cinnabon bites were cold, and my friend’s nachos were missing meat. At that point, we didn’t even bother going back. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary—especially since none of it...
Read moreUPDATED EXPERIENCE: To keep things fair I feel like it's only right to update my review. I give credit where its do and this location has earned a new rating from me. Afte a long time of terrible experiences we went today and everything across the board was 5 stars. The associates were on point with excellent customer service and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Keep up the great work. I don't know what happened, but yall need help, bad. For the past few months, I've had nothing but TERRIBLE experiences here. I don't know why I keep coming back, but tonight was the last time. In September, a guy literally served me HOT COFFEE with what looked like 2 chips of ice. When I asked what it was, he said it was what I ordered. I thought it was a joke. He remade it. It was hot, and he said it was iced coffee. This time, Sadie, the cashier, was rude as hell. I hope she finds a job where she's less miserable. Half of the order was wrong. My order was correct on screen and on my receipt. When I opened it the first combo was on top so I drove off. Only to get home to my family with the wrong food. When I called the store I was asked to come back so that my food could be remade or to get a refund. You mean to tell me no one in the kitchen had extra food or missing food? Yall move too fast and have employees who hate their job. Over all, they need better management. Keep driving, find...
Read moreI recently had a distressing experience at this Taco Bell, that I feel compelled to share. My visit took a turn for the worse when I discovered a bug in my food. This alone was unsettling, but what made the situation even worse was the way I was treated by the staff.
Upon realizing the issue, I approached the drive-thru window to address it. Instead of the common courtesy and customer service one would expect in such a situation, I was met with a manager who was incredibly disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concern with understanding, I was cussed out as if I were in the wrong for simply pointing out the bug in my meal. This abhorrent behavior left me shocked and disappointed.
It’s disheartening to see a place I once enjoyed dining at succumb to such poor management practices and lack of respect for customers. A restaurant's environment starts from the top, and if the manager sets this kind of tone, it trickles down to the staff and, ultimately, to the customers.
I hope this review prompts some necessary changes within this taco bell. All patrons deserve to be treated with respect and to receive food that meets safety standards. I will think twice before returning, and I urge others to take this experience into...
