La Catrina Burritos Y Mas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Well this was my first time here and I was excited. The cashier who is the mom, (I know this because of the conversation she had with the customer before me). Seemed very rushed even though there was only one person after me. I wanted to ask questions about the menu and she basically said "it's a taco box it is what it is". So I didn't order all the food I wanted I didn't order a drink because I wasn't offered one. Now at 2:00p I have been waiting for my food for 26 minutes. The energy in this place feels like the workers and staff are being inconvenienced by their customers. While waiting I have seen three people return food for receiving incorrectly prepared orders. I was going to dine in but I ordered my food to go. Well I have reached a 30 minute wait time for my food. Without so much as my apologies your food will be right out. OR ma'am would you like some water

I asked for no cheese beans full of cheese They scooped the cheese out and brought it back then she yells at her daughter there is no cheese. Scoops out more of the beans and brings it back to me where I explain to her I am ALLERGIC I said that when I ordered ma'am but she was so rushy and rude she didn't listen.

The daughter was AWESOME in her custom service. Is the reason for the three stars

The food was cold down to two stars. And the lettuce was mixed in when I ordered it on the side.

One star as the more I think about it the daughter deserves way more but the experience was...

I only post on here when it's food I ABSOLUTELY love and really would recommend. (I eat everywhere lol) There are a lot of posts on here that people are too quick to jump and say they are good and then I go try it and get soooo disappointed. So here is a review you can TRUST. La Catrina Burritos not only had the freshest and most DELICIOUS Mexican food I have EVER HAD (Mexican is hugeeee in our house), but I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Kind, respectful and helpful! I got the L.A. Burrito and my husband got the burrito bowl and carne asada fries. THE FRESHEST FOOD!!!! CLEAN RESTAURANT!!! The cheese in the Carne Asada Fries tasted like a fountain of deliciousness from heaven. It was incredible. The meat was soft not chewy like other places. SEASONED TO PERFECTION!!!! I had a student who worked there recommend this place to me last year and I am so upset that I now had the time to go try them. She told me they cut up all their veggies fresh EVERY.DAY. Boy, have we been missing out! Go there now! I promise you won't regret it. They also do MILITARY DISCOUNT!!!!! Sorry we started eating before I took the pics. The carne asada fries were LOADED! They definitely do not skimp when it comes to the meat and toppings. And both the fries and Mexican corn came out hot. There is cheese beneath the fries so mixing the fries together created a satisfying cheese pull! I brought half of the fries and Mexican corn home for leftovers because the meal was super filling. The melon (cantaloupe) agua fresca was okay, it was self serve out of a soda gun next to the fountain drinks dispenser. The other buttons on the soda gun for agua fresca was pineapple, hibiscus, and Horchata. It was a bit sweet so I diluted mine with water from the fountain machine. It isn’t for me, so I wouldn’t get it again but I would definitely come by to try more of their menu though based on how much I liked the food!
