This place seems to be going downhill extra fast lately. The facility and equipment is getting more and more torn up and doesn't seem to ever get replaced. Today it was apparent that they hadn't even bothered to clean as there was debris on most of the trampolines. It's really disappointing. Reading the reviews and owner responses show that this is not a new problem. It has been months of people talking about being disappointed by the dirty facility and sad equipment, and nothing has happened. The owner has said new stuff is coming this year (one post said by Spring Break). I'll believe it when I see it. They upped their membership by 50% so I would hope they would make themselves worth it with new foam or something. Maybe finally getting all of the balls down from the ceiling. Maybe making the rockwall useable. Bringing back toddler time and making it actually a toddler time without teenagers being allowed to jump. So many options, and I'm skeptical that any will happen.

We went here for our eldest son‘s birthday and had a blast as a family. It is a really welcoming and friendly environment. Wide open layout with a lot of different options for the kids to have fun. My wife and I decided to jump with the kids, which was what my son wanted, but we were really the only adults out there on the trampolines. In retrospect, after I nearly took out a few kids and my wife hurt her knee, we probably should have stood on the sidelines like all the other parents. But, it was great to get out there with the kids and have some fun. Jumping on a trampoline is a lot more work than I remembered it being. I really thought they did a nice job with safety protocols and their prices were not too bad, especially if you go mid afternoon.

My nephew has a membership and goes weekly with a couple of his friends. He’s always been charged $10 for additional friends. I brought him up there today with three of his cousins and they refused to abide by his membership. They claimed he only gets one “$10 friend”. I showed them his membership and how it does not specify only one friend pass, but says “and friends ($10)”, which is most definitely pleural. Management agreed it was misleading but still did not give us the discount. Be aware when you get a membership, this false pretense is not ok!

My 3 years old son was hit on the face from approximately 7 years old boy with full force fist.

When I went to the front desk to the employee, she went to talk with one of her managers and when she get back she told me .... I'm sorry, she told me to give you one hour free time but she (the manager ) can't talk with you now because she plays with her daughter?!?! Very poorly handled from this manager ! What a customer service!

I insisted to speak with someone if possible, and another manager came and he told me that he need to review cameras to see what happened and then he can address this to the parent of the boy and he will ask them to leave. But even if the manager simply went and asked directly the parent of the boy if this what I said happened is true, the parent can't be able to lying because many other parents saw.

So, in all of this fiasco and I standing up front approximately 40min. and tried to speak with some one to understand their ''No bullying policy ''... the boy who hit my 3 years old son and his momma enjoying their time in the jumping zone.

WARNING ⚠️: Do not believe in the sign they put all over ''No bullying " And no, (to responding to the owner) not the mother of the boy apologized at all or some of the staff addressed the issue or wanted to approach her. The mother only said that her boy is autistic and turn her back . And in this case the mother should watch closely her son , if she knows he is aggressive and not to put other kids as a target to him. But the Altitude is not safe place if the employees can't react promptly to the issue . What a terrible experience!

If something arises as what we experienced today , Altitude does not have staff , which can handled the situation in timely manner...

Only one star because my kids still had fun. I will never return and would advise anyone with sense not to as well. I payed good money for numerous kids to play for my sons birthday. Besides how nasty the entire place was. Trash everywhere looked like the fair on the ground. Didn’t even try to use the restroom me and my daughter just held it. There were a group of around 9 kids that did nothing but fight and cuss at adults and children with my 5 year old daughter and her friend right there as well. I finally found someone with a work shirt on that talked to the kids then stood with them clueless while they were still cussing and saying they had no parents there. Over 20 kids with no parents. I counted. Mind you I’m trying to have a birthday party this entire time. A girl addressed it asking what happened then said she’d take care of it, I later saw her laughing and talking about the situation with the group of kids. I was called the N word more times than I can count. Kids where having “slap fights “ constantly. Literally zero management everyone looked clueless or like a child working there. Not one thing cleaned besides vacuuming. This place is definitely falling apart and ownership and management is the problem. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. We will be going to defy moving forward. I had to apologize to my child on his birthday. Just ridiculous and to spend 100$! For that! Save your money and peace and drive to Lowell this place is trash and it shows instantly! Worst night of my life with my children at a birthday party....

When I arrived with my grandkids the front desk was very welcoming. After getting started, we entered the smaller area for smaller children. The climbing wall has been dismantled, the foam blocks are in such bad shape they are crumbling apart. The pieces are every in the smaller area, on the trampolines and the pit area as well. where the smaller children play. After leaving that area and go to the larger area the foam block pieces are there as well and a major dodgeball game going on in the open area not in the area designated for dodgeball. The kids playing the wild dodgeball game we’re at least 12 to 16 years of age. The staff stood and watched this go on and my concern was for the others in the open area. 2 of the areas on this side were not operational, which were the basketball and the hand swing. I decided the activity with the larger kids was a safety risk so we left but upon leaving the entire staff was at the front desk laughing, talking but not working. I did ask about the open facility dodgeball game and is this normal? They advised they should be in the dodgeball area not the open area. It has been about 2 years since I was last there and WOW...
