Can't get the special order's right. And there slow. UPDATE Staff has been alot nicer . And food is getting a little better than it has been. And didn't get bad service this time. Wow Are a Mad employee's attitude Heaven out on me. They just had there building painted so I like when companies want to keep Fayetteville beautiful. Line is still to long and slow. Well I talked to soon they messed up my special order and was rude to me when I went back . So I got one free taco coupon. That didn't cover the gas or that someone didn't get to eat before work because there order was wrong so it was a hour trip for 2 burritos that I think are still in my fridge. What was I thinking? Waste of time and money .::: A new update . Wow nothing good to say about my visit this time. It was a rude visit and got my special order wrong again. I think I was treated very unprofessional by there manager (Heaven )again yes been there a long time. I fill sorry for all the taco bell employees if shes treats them like she does her customers, I can see why they have a hiring sign up ever day. I go there at least 3 times a week for the last 3 years and have had nothing but problems dealing with Heaven she is Rude has no customers service skills and I am a senior citizen so if I get treated bad how do the employees get treated. Today I walk in because i have special orders my car window does not roll down so i went inside and im allso handicapped . She let me stand there over 10 mins and would not wait on me are even say a word to me. So findly after about 15 minutes of waiting the Sweet drive though guy took my special order right. When i was waiting and waiting you could fill the tension from her . The guy said will that be all i said i would like free taco coupon for the wait Heaven said im not giving any free food for waiting. And that I should have went somewhere else if i didn't have time to wait. HEAVEN told me they were too busy to tell me they were too busy are hey paying customer there will be a wait while she was make all the door dash order she just acted like i was not even there. No welcome to taco bell. I told her I ask for the free taco coupon not for waiting but her bad customer service. I have all day. To wait. And all night to write this about my visit. Well of course They still got it wrong it was for my son who is allergic to hot or any pepper. That just had to go to er last night because he couldn't breathe. I said no hot anything it was loaded in Chipotle sauce. He took a bite and is in pain now. So I took them back to get re-made. Heaven refused to wait on me and told her employee's she was serious she was not going to help me because she wasn't going to deal with me but stopped and did nothing but complain about me and had someone else make my order and deal with me . What happened to walk in customers if you don't want walk in customers you need to lock your doors. She's to busy to help so lock your doors. Everyone that works is ...... BUSY had a BUSY day myself. Last thing I want is dinner with a slice off bad attitude. Her names Heaven I know 2 other people she treats the same as me I wander How many customers have met her or had problems I know it's not me I just want to get food and go home I can wait. Read moreSlow service. We were the first customers of the day, and we had to hail the employee in the back. Understandable that it is start of the day. So I let it go.
I ordered at the kiosk. That went fine.
Another lady came and waited for 4 minutes. Then I suggested she call out to the back. She did. A young man came out. She told him the drink machine wasn’t working. So somebody came out to fix it.
Moments later I received my food from a different employee. Very nice. But I still needed my drinks.
The young man told me the drink machine wasn’t working so he wasn’t able to fill my drinks, so he handed my two cups to me.
But wasn’t it working now?
So I handed the cups back to him and asked him to fill the drinks.
He asked me what drinks I ordered.
Hmmm. Not a good sign.
I told him. He filled the drinks and handed them to me.
“Sorry. The machine broke, so I didn’t fill it” and handing the cups back to while the machine appeared to be working or not at least offering to refund my money in the beginning is not what I call solving the problem or delivering good customer service.
Having to ask me what my drinks were when the information was on his machine…pitiful.

Even tried to talk to a manager about the shotty service, he laughed and hung up on me. Ridiculous for a restaurant of ANY caliber!! Won't be giving Taco Bell ANY more of my business. I work in the customer service industry, and this is a very horrible example of what any kind of service should look like. When I finally get my meal, it's been rushed, skimped on, and if you have the time to return for them to fix it, they act like you owe them something for coming to their store.
