Area franchise competitor review. The drinks are good. It's inline with Starbucks quality/pricing and einstein's on base uses caribou coffee. The egg souffle wasn't astonishing. The eggs from Starbucks are better. The lumberjack sandwich was decent but when made right, einstein bagels is better when compared to the farmhouse. Here has a lighter peppered cream cheese taste, this is a top substitute for competitor comparison for the farmhouse. I would order again. Bagel was pretty good. The waffle breakfast sandwich is flavorful of maple and light sausage flavor. The burrito wasn't my favorite but better than any Starbucks tortilla wrap. So for breakfast food comparison still not bad overall. Drinks are good though and location is nice. For the few drinks I've had, caribou drinks have more blended flavors and can actually taste the roasted bean undertones compared to Starbucks where it is more of a flavor shot and milky taste. The hot chocolate from caribou is hands down my favorite. Service was fast and much better than travel time on base. When comparing the drinks and location, caribou...
Read moreDrive thru attendant Lecy is very rude. Kept interupting when I was ordering to ask if I was done.. but, it was only 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches total, nothing crazy... she was also all too happy to tell me you were out of the sandwhich i wanted, instead of apologizing and offering an alternative she just says "were out of that one!". I would have ordered more and tipped but she was so pushy and rude and when I confronted her about her being rude she simply stared back at me, and said nothing. Its my wife's birthday this morning and this is where she wanted to go but after today I don't know if it's worth the trouble.. I'm from Minnesota so seeing Caribou here was awesome, to the owner, I would remove the cancer before it spreads, solve this problem asap. She's costing you money like you wouldn't believe. Oh, and when I asked to speak to a manager the 4 or 5 employees looked at each other and said there was no manager. So no accountability.. I wouldn't trust anyone there to make something I'm going to put in my body after this....
Read moreI was so excited to see Caribou coming to Fayetteville - but I was worried that as with any new business, there would be a few hiccups as they got up and running. Boy was I wrong! Every time I go, the staff is friendly and cheerful (without the over the top stuff like a certain chicken place we all know). Just a genuine kindness that makes you feel like they all enjoy their jobs. The sugar-free salted watermelon energy drink is sublime! I once ordered my drink with a few new modifications & when it wasn't what I expected. The cashier cheerfully offered to remake it. Moments later she returned with a new drink (made to perfection) AND with the GM who came to apologize for the mix-up & explain where things went wrong. I would have settled for just the drink, but the fact that management took the time to make sure the customer was 100% taken care of - makes this one of the best places in...
