Some Chinese restaurants have a drive through which makes them convenient.I say why not go where the food is hot, fresh, and served as quickly as an Express restaurant? Sure you have to walk in to pick it up, The food is still great, the menu is huge, and the rangoons are made for dipping! New China Cafe is under new ownership. so if you haven't been here in the last 6 months get here now because it's awesome! The dining room is clean, neat, and organized. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. The portions are huge, Enough for 2 people to share. ( but I don't ) My personal favorite is the sesame chicken. The service is horrible here, they don't pay attention at all. Today was my second time ordering from them and both times they've not had my order. I asked the person in charge if I at least get a discount for the inconvenience and she just looked at me and said no with an attitude. She said everyone is waiting, that's common sense but that's why I called my order in ahead. So I don't have to wait. Not to mention the first time we came the portions were small for the price. NOT FRESH!! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE!! BAD EXPERIENCE! OVERPRICED, & UNDERWHELMING’! While waiting for our to-go order, we’d overheard the one other table there dining in had to ask for a refund on their order for spoiled/bad chicken. We still gave it a chance & waited for our order. We’d gotten our order after unfortunately hearing the microwave going off at least 4 times while waiting. We’d received our food and had to do the same, ask for a full refund! It’s was all entirely reheated. It seemed hard & left a bad, few day old taste in your mouth. Definitely had that “overly microwaved” taste & feel....
