When someone orders a mint chocolate chip blizzard, is given a chocolate chip blizzard and you try to tell them it is not what you ordered, (because you were just in there in the early afternoon and guess what the first time it was green mint ice cream with chocolate pieces mixed in..so you KNOW the difference) And they stonewall you, and instead of saying "we're sorry about the order let us get the right one", their answer to fix it is to drop mint flavoring in an already wrong blizzard?? Come on people. Even calling back, the girl still tried to say they fixed it.. with more flavoring...(oh and even though it wasn't green and needed more mint flavoring it really was Mint chocolat chip) by the time the girl finally said " how did I want it fixed" with her obvious no care attitude, I was done. If this is this locations attitude about what customer service means..you guys are in trouble. Love DQ but...

Arrived at peak lunch time to a virtually empty parking lot and store lobby. We soon found out why. The $20 meal wasn't worth even $5. The burgers looked like they were boiled (or at least slightly browned then kept warm in a pan of water), as the buns were soggy/slimy looking. I ordered a hamburger, tomato only but got a cheeseburger with tomato only. Had to get it remade. The fries were tasteless. The ketchup was so watered down that it poured out of the containers with no effort. When my sister added some to her ketchup-only cheeseburger, it all dripped out of the bottom of the soggy bun. She ordered some pretzels that smelled odd and tasted worse. Hardly any salt on them and very greasy. The only things that tasted close to right were our drinks.

I ordered 2 small blizzards on the app and they came out 25 minutes late. When i was standing next to the mobile order sign i got told to move in a very rude manner by a girl with pink hair. Then two blizzards came to the counter and my girlfriend went to see the names on it and the same pink hair lady said “ok you can move away from the counter now” me and the people who were waiting told to the girl to not be mean. then continued to refuse to show us if we got the right blizzards. the lady with the pink hair needs an attitude check or to get a new job. the blizzards...
