I placed an order at 10:30pm, it arrived at 11:17pm. Our pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, and cinnamon twists all arrived fresh and hot. However, all 4 of the sauces that were supposed to come with our order, didn’t. 1 marinara and 1 icing topping. Not to mention the 2 garlic sauces that we paid extra for. I called after realizing none of them were in the boxes, and listened to the recording for 6 minutes after being told someone would be right with me 3 times. Then was randomly disconnected. I called again and a man said, “Thank you for calling domino’s we are currently closed” I replied, “Yes but I just received an order and none of the sauces came with it”. After confirming my order, the man replied, “Okay let me pull that up and see if we can get someone out there” I said, “Okay”, thinking it would take a minute to get pulled up. But then the man replied “Okay, bye”, and hung up on me! I was never contacted back. I wasn’t expecting anything at this point. An hour later, to my surprise, there was a knock at the door and a marinara and icing sauce were left. Still not the garlic sauces we paid for! The employee had already driven away by the time we opened the door. The lack of sauces sucked, yes, but I am mostly angry at the horrible customer service I was given. While I appreciate them sending an employee back out, it just goes to show that they don’t double check orders before they leave the store, as they got the order wrong twice. I also would be more mad that we paid for 2 sauces we didn’t get, but I reported the issue to Domino’s online portal and it gave me 60 points (which is enough for a whole pizza). This tells me that the company itself is not practicing bad business protocols, just this specific location. I will no longer order from this location because of...
Read more*I DO want to thank KENNY who answered the phone and fixed the issue. He was definitely bombed and understaffed, in the weeds, but he was polite, patient, kind, and had the ability and knowledge to fix the issue for me right away. He should be GIVEN A RAISE!!"
Our pan pizzas always came very wet, cold and raw, so we started putting "well done" on the "special requests"; it has made no difference. We usually order takeout because we're like two blocks away, but twice we've tried delivery, and we watch on the pizza tracker while our pizza goes all over uptown and downtown before it gets here, and it took nearly an hour and a half both times. The first time, the Philly steak sandwich we received had almost NOTHING on it, mostly just BREAD, looked nothing like the photo! So we called and they said they'd give us a free sandwich the next time. But we called ahead of time, let them know we would be ordering it, and they forgot to bring the sandwich entirely. So today, we waited an hour and a half for two raw pizzas and a missing sandwich. Today, I waited on hold for 20 minutes waiting to fix the issue before I was disconnected, had to call back and waited another 20 minutes; we were on hold 20 minutes waiting to even be able to tell them we were ordering the sandwich they promised us to make up for last time. That's an hour to even talk to someone to get the order done wrongly and another hour and a half waiting for that wrong order. I had to cook the pizzas in my own oven, which took time to preheat, another twenty minutes just to cook the pizza so it's edible! That's a total of two hours and fifty minutes! Nearly...
Read morePlaced an order to be picked up online. Thought the online system was somewhat confusing. I used the Any 2 for $5.99 special. It charged me $7.49 per pizza. It said I had ordered extra cheese on my pizzas but the system did not give me a way to change it. I asked about it when I picked my pizzas up. When I inquired the staff said the pizzas were ordered with extra cheese. I let them know that I did not order extra cheese. I even showed them my order which was still on phone. Their reply was that my total was $16.00 $7.49 per pizza plus tax because the order came across as extra cheese. That's 3 items. I let them know that I did not order extra cheese. That was false advertising as I did not get the special. Not one of the four employees offered to do or say anything. I've never seen such indifferent employees. Three of the four walked away when I commented how they didn't seem to care that there was a problem. When I received my receipt I asked about how to contact dominos. On my third request I was finally told I could call 800-Dominos to speak with customer service. Only to find out that you cannot speak to a live person. Your only options are to speak to the store where the issue occurred or send in an email. Nice customer service Dominos. To top it off, pun intended, there was not extra cheese on either pizza. It may only he three dollars but you have to have some customer service at the...
