The issue with a lot of these places is the mngmt. They are often middle aged women with no higher education than high school, no training to be mngmt and little to no ppl skills. They get a little authority and treat customers and employees terrible. This store mngr at this location in particular, is a nightmare to work for. She yells at employees. She takes pictures of employees and customers without their permission for the expressed and soul reason to degrade them and make fun of them. She refuses to give requested time off, even when requested months in advance and several times. She does not help any employees when they need it and tries to take employee tips. Nice, new Dunkin inside of Walmart on MLK. It is an express location, so they only have drinks and donuts. I go here often for iced coffee, which is good and fast. The donuts are good but they sell out of a lot of popular ones earlier in the day. Donuts are also around 1.50 each, which I think is pricey. They do not accept Dunkin rewards since they are run by Walmart, so that's a bummer. There are always a lot of employees, and for the most part it is quick. Small seating area and retail section but mostly for to go. Hope they add the hot food soon like the other Dunkin...
