Serranos Mexican Grill & Cantina — Restaurant in Fayetteville

!!!!WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My friends came up from out of town so we chose to have Mexican and margs. this was all of our first time here First they were taking forever (which trying to be understanding considering a lot of places are, due to short staff) They finally took our drink order and when they came out everything was fine until one of my friends had a bug in their drink. Proceeding on someone comes to take our order. He couldn’t understand us very well, this resulted in another waiter coming up later and re-asking what we had but little did we know he needed our WHOLE order again which we discovered when the food came out. As I was eating mine there were some long black questioning pieces in my food. I just put them to the side assuming they were seasoning. My other friend was eating and next thing you know she pulls what looks like a hard black grape vine stem from her bite she just took. When we pointed it out the waiter went to the kitchen came out and said it was “seasoning” I’m sorry but no that could NOT be seasoning. Rewind to today I was looking at my bank account and me and one of my other friends only spent about $14 a piece. THEY TOOK $20 out of my account and $30 OUT OF HERS!!!!!!!!!! I wish we would have kept the receipts but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to inspect there place of...

This used to be my husband and I weekly go to spot. We went atleast twice a week. The last time we went it was my husband, 10 year old step son, and I. Our waiter is the reason we have only went back once. He continued to by pass our table and help two drunk guys at the bar basically on his knees. My husband wait over 20 minutes for a beer. My husband decided to get up and go to the bar and sit to wait for his beer. The waiter proceeded to tell him to go back to his seat. My husband then said he just wanted his beer. He came back to the table and another 5 minutes had went by as our waiter came by and slammed the beer on the table which splashed into my step son and my husband and stormed away. Ofcourse we were very upset! He turned around and laughed at my husband. I got the manager and she said she would take care of it. All that changed was the beer was taken off the tab. Mind you we have been coming here weekly for about 2 years! We hadn't went back for almost 8 months since then. We decided the other day to go in hoping we wouldn't have the same waiter. Luckily we didn't but he was there. And the service was very slow and we had to ask for drinks and to go boxes 3 times. I guess we will sadly be finding another...

We absolutely love Serrano’s! Without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. My lady and I have had many dates here and we’ve celebrated a birthday or two here as well. The food and service has been excellent every time. We absolutely love the environment and the authentic dining experience at Serrano’s. We’ve also done many pickup and delivery orders and it’s just as good as the food you get when dining in. We have tried to venture out here and there to sample other Mexican restaurants but nothing seems to come close to Serrano’s for us. The Razorback Fajitas is our go to and it is our favorite restaurant dish to order in all of Northwest Arkansas. We do a double serving of it and it always gets us super full. The portions are great. There’s always tons of flavor. Even the chips and salsa they offer is top notch. Definitely get their guacamole to dip your chips in and trust us, you won’t regret it. We usually get their horchata and the Jamaican drink with our food and they’re also super good. Anything we’ve ordered from them has always tasted amazing but those items are our usuals.
