This is my go to cell phone repair place. They are honest and do a great job. I have had batteries and screens replaced for cheaper than you could ever imagine and they have done it the right way. I have recommended them to friends, who have all used them and been extremely satisfied. I'll be honest with you, I used to just get a new phone instead of trying to fix mine. Now with the new thing that my cell phone company does where you have to actually buy the phone instead of signing a new contract, I decided to check out what it would be like to get a phone repaired instead of buying a new one. Dissapointed went in there last year to upgrade my cellphone and I ask the sales clerk several time about the ins ad out of the new phone, plus I specific stated I need a phone what will work 100% even after a couple month with the network. Not even 8month later my phone is not working properly and drops call or callers can't hear me. To find out my phone has no 4G or 5G capabilities shame on you. So I went back there and was willing to upgrade but it seemed like all there phone options where extremely expensive for the models and the sales clerk kept saying but your phone should be a 5G compatible. I Have gotten Fair service there before BUT.. several months back I ordered a battery with no return call for months. When I called the employee He put me on hold and never answered me back. I called back for hours and would get repeatedly hung up on!! When I finally got the Same Young Man on the phone he explained to me he had a customer in the store. I assured him that I was Positive that store policy was to answer the phone EVEN if there are coustomers in the store. And to NEVER REPEATEDLY Hang Up on Anyone. This was NEVER RESOLVED...
