Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fayetteville

In today's chronicles of DK Runs on Dunkin I visited this location on my way home from dinner and grocery shopping. The timing is important, I promise.

As it’s no secret that I love a good cup of Dunkin, I pulled up to the speaker and placed my order. XL Hot Original Blend, 2 Cream, 5 French Vanilla Swirl and 1 Splenda. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile when I reached the window.

As she handed me my coffee I could smell that it had been made exactly as I ordered it. A true coffee drinker will tell you that you can tell if your order is off by the aroma that comes from the cup… Though I was excited by the aroma, the fact that my coffee was HOT was the winner for me.

As mentioned before, the timing was important. I say this because by the time I pulled up to the Dunkin they were closing in 20 minutes. I have become accustomed with most Dunkin’s that within the last 40 minutes before closing, I receive a room temperature cup before closing that I have to take home and heat up. However, not this location. Even with only 20 minutes remaining to the day, the coffee was Hot, Fresh, and Perfectly Made! This is why America Runs...

I have came to this location now 3x I can say the staff is friendly. Yair is one of their employees and OMG he is amazing he is 4 employees in 1. He works the hardest. I sat here just watching because I love seeing happy 😊 people and he is super great! There was another Sam who attended to is she she warm and welcoming great with greeting kids and treating them as ppl as well! I love when people do that and not just talk to the parents as if the child can not speak for them selves. Over all the location is great! Clean welcoming icecream or coffee pick and choose you will not be disappointed 😊 there will always be an employee who brings down the team. There was a blond or golden hair girl cursing at her co workers through the mic. And just sitting around while her coworkers worked and cleaned up and she did nothing but just drink the companies beverages and bossing them around demanding that they speak to her differently. The sausage, egg and cheese croissant at this location is consistently the BEST sandwich from ANY dunkin location. They're back there timing things PERFECTLY! I've never received a sloppy, burnt or cold sandwich from them! The coffee is consistently good! Never tastes watered down or burnt.

I had to wait longer than normal one time. The young lady working the drive thru took my order, had to make the breakfast sandwiches (I ordered 4), grab 4 donuts and make my coffee (I had one original blend and a specialty coffee. Where was her help! I told my daughter to fill out an application they definitely need the help! And the server did NOT have an attitude. I'm sure she was overwhelmed especially after I added to my order. She remained cool and calm. I apologized for my indecisiveness...I hadn't had the coffee yet lol!

Other than that this is my preferred dunkin choice! I don't have a problem waiting for good food and service. Prices are too high for people to have you wait AND they're cutting corners. I'm praying they remain consistent and...
