If you are looking for disappointment, a long wait, and the wrong order; THIS is the Dunkin for you. I have visited here a total of five times. I understand, why do they keep coming back? To give it a chance. 1 out of the 4 times they got the order correct after I watched closely. So the other visits: -15 minute wait for coffee, 2 x donuts, and to pancake wake up wraps (which came out as some tortilla wrap) had an infant with so didn’t have time nor patience to check. -12 minute wait: ordered for my spouse and myself. Coffee was missing the Carmel in the iced CARMEL craze latte. Ordered 2 egg and cheese pancake wrap, one sausage egg and cheese pancake wrap, one bacon eggs and cheese pancake wrap, 2 donuts. The person taking my order didn’t know what a French cruller was, then almost forgot after being reminded, immediately after taking my order, the simple GLAZED DONUT! The funny part about the order is the employee had to call over another employee to help put the pancake wraps in. So I had to give that part of my order multiple times, and after corrections to get it correct and being read back to me correctly, the “maybe has a GED” person operating the simple microwaves couldn’t put the orders correctly and gave me half tortilla wraps and half pancake wraps. Spouse with infant in the car and baby wasn’t happy so order messed up. now we arrive at today. This wasn’t a messed up order, because I didn’t get a chance to place my order because there wasn’t any point in doing so. I ordered my drink and was told “we can’t make that because we ran out of espresso”. Really Dunkin? It’s 10am, how are you out of espresso that early? I’ll tell you how, garbage employees and management. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I hold no resentment against fast food employees, as the industry allows us to move about busy days/lives and grab food on the go since meal times have become less sacred. But I go to FAST FOOD, because it’s FAST, or should be. Readers are probably thinking go to another Dunkin or Starbucks. Sure the next closest Dunkin is about 15 minutes opposite of my direction of travel and a hard pass on the burnt coffee taste.

Read moreThis dunkin has always been known to me and my friends as the 'bad dunkin', and it was to be avoided whenever possible. Unfortunately it's the only coffee place on my drive to work, so I've gone more often then I would have otherwise wanted to.
Coffee orders are wrong around 40% of the time. The wait times are unbelievably out of control. They're always out of ingredients/cup sizes/straws/etc. The prices are rising (though not as bad as some other restaurants).
But though all of this has been annoying, I like the coffee and it being the only availability kept me coming back despite all the issues. I've never complained about it or left a bad review because I know all these massive issues and I still made the decision to go back anyway, so that's on me.
But, my most recent experience was the final straw. I ordered ahead on the app since wait times are a known problem there and I didn't have time to sit in the drive through/line for 20 minutes; a common length of the wait time there. So I order like 10+ minutes in advance, pull up, park, and try and go in to get my drink, and the doors are locked.
The staff then gestured for me to go through the drive through, which had a line of maybe 9 or 10 cars.
I showed my receipt for my walk in order, through the window, and they again just gestured to the drive through. I pointed at my watch and the cars, trying to convey I don't have time to wait in the drive through, and they just shrugged and turned away and ignored me.
I understand that me being in a hurry is not their problem. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have cared and would have just left, but the app was allowing walk in orders to be placed still, and they were happy to take my money.
I'm guessing the doors were closed due to a staffing shortage issue? Possibly? But I don't actually know because they didn't even put a sign on the door explaining that the lobby was closed or whatever. They just got annoyed and gestured me to go away basically.
I left without the coffee that I already paid for and won't be going back to this establishment again...
Read moreThis Dunkin is just another Fayetteville fail! Looked at the other reviews for this particular dunkin. Not surprised at all by any of them. The food is gross, the employees are very rude and management isn’t any better. Horrible attitudes, rolls their eyes, stomping their feet like children throwing a temper tantrum when you tell them something isn’t right. It’s amazing to me how the employees believe that they can argue with a customer. Every time I’ve been here my order has been incorrect!!! Every. Single. Time. They argue with me every single time I’ve complained that my very simple order is incorrect. My husband and I are creatures of habit and get the same thing every time. I get chi late, my husband gets iced with oat milk and French vanilla. My husbands coffee was black, my chi wasn’t chi, it was coffee and almost made me gag it was so sour when I took a sip of it. Took my husbands home to him guess what!? His is awful too. Sour and not sweet at all. Nothing even remotely tastes good, even when they remake it and the food is always cold. Cheese is never melted on anything. $19 later and everything I ordered entered up in the trash. I have always been one to give second chances because sometimes places just have off days, not this place!! They are just all around horrible. Don’t waste your time at this dunkin. The one a few minutes up the road on Skibo is far superior and the employees there are super friendly! I’ll be going to that one from now on. Just sad that had to happen because it will cut my dunkin trips in half since the drive is allot further for me. Dunkin’s loss tho, since they can’t seem to staff their Cliffdale location with employees that actually care about...
