Similar experience to other recent reviewers, the food was decent but customer service was mostly very poor.
The hostess was beyond obnoxious and rude. We had to wait for a table, which was fine, but 5-10 minutes turned into 30. I could have even forgiven that, but I stepped back in, since COVID required us wait outside, to check that we hadn't been forgotten and got nothing but attitude. I asked literally that (had we been forgotten) to the girl (that couldn't seem to keep her jacket on but one arm) and she gave me a blank look, checked her phone for a few seconds, looked back at me and finally with a snobby tone informed me "no tables had gotten up so..."
Ok... A. Don't act like I'm inconveniencing you. B. As a matter of course, apologize for the longer than expected wait. C. Explain the issue. D. Let me know that we hadn't been forgotten.
When we finally did get notified there was a table, instead of being seated by the hostess or the other girl that was standing up there with her chatting. They just yelled and pointed towards some tables over blaringly loud music and tried explaining something about mask. Is not being seated another COVID-19 restriction? Finally after a few attempts at understanding we just started wandering towards the area they were pointing.
Our waitress was friendly but we had to ask for literally everything including straws, napkins, silverware, refills, more straws for cocktails and so on.
The food was decent/ok but I couldn't get past the initial sour taste in my mouth from the below...

I ordered chips and salsa right away and the salsa was a tiny portion that didn't get us even a third of the way through the chips; but the salsa was tasty enough. They did not give us napkins or plates when they brought this to us and it took quite a while to get service from this point. When our lunches came, we had to ask for napkins and for flatware. We asked for ketchup (everyone else at the table had fries as a side) and they brought one one-ounce ramekin of ketchup for the table to share. We had to keep asking other servers for the items we needed. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and broccoli salad. Each was pretty tasty. Service is provided by college students, but the manager should work a little better to make sure basic needs are being attended to (napkins, silverware). Restrooms are handicap accessible. Entrance is not accessible. Parking is street parking or there's a public parking lot nearby for which you are charged by the hour or you can pay for an all-day spot at an...
Read moreA decent place. A few pros - they have a good variety of food and a nice atmosphere. The stuffed tots as an appetizer didn't seem like the best value as you get 6 for $9. Fried pickles came in a large portion and were definitely shareable. The nachos were good, separating the chips from the topping is a great idea. The "world famous" burger was a pretty basic burger, the fried egg burger was more impressive.
They have daily drink specials and frozen margaritas everyday for $1.99 or you can get a flavored option for $2.99.
My biggest complaint was the subpar service. In the time that we were first seated we had 3 different servers come over saying "your server will bring out your water" and it took about 10-15 minutes to get water and the server set it down and immediately walked away. The next server we had was pretty good, so it worked out. Definitely don't expect too much from service...
