Jumpin' Java Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My mom and I, who are from out-of-town, were visiting my sister who lives in the area. The drinks we ordered were good; I got the Aloha Mocha, my mom ordered a mango smoothie, and my sister for a frozen latte. However, the customer service was very poor. The male employee was cold and unfriendly when we ordered at the counter and he was even less genial when we each had to get past him to use the restroom. The freezer is located next to the women's bathroom, he was stocking the freezers, and despite us apologizing for disrupting his work, he sighed audibly several times without saying a word. His demeanor throughout our entire experience was very cross. It excites me when I find a place that has great customer service and great product! This place is it! I decided to check out this place after leaving church and craving caffeine. I saw that it had awesome reviews and I was close enough, so I decided to try it out; I'm still here now as I write this. The latte was delicious, I ordered the creme brulee(sp?) - it was sweet, hot and delicious! The two ladies who were working the counter were nice and the one blonde lady took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered suggestions. After I received my medium, creme brulee, I sat in one of their comfy chairs near the entrance and I drank my latte and read my book in peace. If only this place was closer to my home, I'd stop by as often as my caffeine cravings...

Stopped by with my daughter and my five-year-old grandson to pick up a nice coffee and a breakfast sandwich - lots of coffee choices, clean and cute shop, limited seating... my cappuccino was nice, we also ordered two fraps but they had a strong chemical taste to them and daughter and grandson ended up not drinking them. We ordered one English Muffin breakfast sandwich and one croissant breakfast sandwich. They were both produced entirely with a microwave. The eggs were rubbery and the bread was also.
