disappointed/long post Fayetteville is my home location. My last two visits were very disappointing with the service/food quality. The first of my last two bad experiences was about three weeks ago, I ordered my regular Smoothie/Flatbread combo, I ended up sick for the rest of day/night. Fast forward to last Monday (4/4), I went in for a late lunch. I usually order online but system would not take my 1.99 smoothie coupon.There were three young girls in front, and another older young lady making sandwiches, two (I guess) managers in the back. There was a line... we waited close to 10 mins, for what I guess was no draw in register. Not one of the managers in back came out. So now the draw is in and there's a wait to get the orders of ppl in line. It's my turn, one of the young girls is at the register and had issues with using my coupon code and registering my phone number together; she didnt know how to do it. So now thats a wait for one of the managers to come from the back. I then ended up having to request for them to make my smoothie three times! All three smoothies tasted like ice with a grainy texture from the whey protein, barely no fruit in the smoothies at all. I watched them make them. All three, they did not secure the tops, the second smoothie spilled all over the floor. Third smoothie had more fruit flavor but not much, but at this point I'm just done with going back and the third smoothie is where I got the attention of I guess one of the managers (I think her name was shelby) who didn't seem to worried about the issues going on up front and just told the girl to make another drink for me and walked away. My Flatbread was cold, mind you it didn't come out until the second smoothie was made and it tasted as if it was not even warmed properly initially... chicken/cheese was just cold. It also had tomatoes (i dont like tomatoes)... my order clearly stated no tomatoes. Read moreThis was my first visit to the restaurant and overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered online and selected the curbside service option. I arrived at the location at the time that my order confirmation stated that my order would be ready. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes (assuming that they might have been busy). However, no one ever came to the car so I decided to call (several times only to get the voicemail every time). I decided to go inside to pick up my order but there was a poorly worded sign on the door stating no more than 3 guests at a time. Although there were more than 3 guests inside, I chose to honor their request and stood outside. I continued to call in hopes that my order would at least be brought to the door, but they never answered. After waiting an additional 15 mintues, I made it inside. There were 5 employees (including a manger) and not once was I greeted and their phones continue to go unanswered. I stood at the counter waiting for a few mintues while they walked around, socialized, and cleaned up. Finally, a woman in a grey shirt came over to ask what she can get for me. I informed her that I placed a curbside order online and just needed to pick up. She walked over to a box (where my food had been sitting but I wouldn't have know because this was my first time) and gave me a bag. I had to go back for a receipt. Read moreFirst let me say that the smoothie drinks are great. Taste good and the prices are perfect. I came more than 5 times since they opened, but this time I had a bad experience. I decided to order online to make the process quicker and choosed the curbside pick up today at 11:15am to avoid being around so many people especially now. I arrived at the location at 11:05 am and waited for someone to bring out my smoothie at my scheduled time but than it was going on 11:20am. I waited thinking maybe they are busy and waited until 11:30am this is when I decided to go inside and saw my smoothie placed in the pick up box area. I left with my smoothie but I decided to ask a employee if they still have curbside pick since the website offers it. She stated I Need to call the store. I replied to her and said the website says nothing about calling the store amd it ask your make and model of your car and the time you will be there. She stated (The website is a franchise) That's irrelevant to me. If you post something go ahead honor it. If we need to call the store no problem put it on the website so people don't wait in their car's like idiot's. I could've just came in and placed my order if that's the case. Little things could ruin your experience and change your feelings about a store. I hope no one else has to deal with...
