Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fayetteville

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had been coming here Monday-Friday every morning to get a large iced coffee for the last 2 months. I don't know her name but she's the only older light skin black woman that works here with a cocked-eye. She's already very hateful to the average customer. By coming everyday, you start to notice things that people do. This woman will loudly trash talk the customers to other employees like she isn't being heard. I always never spoke to her bc of that & her nasty attitude. She's been rude to me off and on but I just would brush it off. Today she approached me while I was making my coffee accusing me of stealing liquid sugar syrup when I was putting it in my coffee.

I'm sorry, how can you steal sugar syrup that is put out to use in your coffee... especially when you spent $4.29 for your large iced coffee. I'm sorry but I'm going to make my coffee sweet and how I like it... Especially being that I spent $4.29 on this large iced coffee & that I do EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING here‼️‼️‼️

To be treated like trash and to have security called on you secretly like you're a thief when you're a paying customer is ridiculous and uncalled for.

I showed security my receipts showing I come every morning & they were totally on my side. They said this is the type of petty BS they have to deal with & they're tired of it.

I will go to the Ramsey St or Raeford Rd location only from here on out.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the very best team at Panera bread. My order was taken by a guy named Zachary (who was very helpful and polite). Not to mention the manager who stepped out front to make sure everything was handled 100%, she was the absolute best, not knowing just how much I needed this that day.
