Terrible and poor customer service!! My wife and I stopped in this usual location near the hospital for sandwiches and a young lady decides to remark disrespectfully towards my wife as we were trying to decide our order saying" that's just common sense" instead of doing her job which is to serve customers and ensure customers are satisfied. We spoke with the Manager who spend more time trying to justify her actions verses doing his job to uphold their SUBWAY standard in customer satisfaction. He told us she was having financial problems and had a death in her family walking in to her father dead......while I could understand my responses to him were 1. Why didn't she ask for time off verses coming to work unwilling to do her job....2. Many people are having difficulties and what does that have to do with her job performance in customer service and serving those who choose SUBWAY.....This young lady was so ugly and disrespectful she yelled out loud " I don't care"....I looked this Manager in his eyes and exclaimed to him" This is who you hire to run your SUBWAY location? I told my family we would NOT give them our business any longer and we left those sandwiches right there and went some other place. This Manager was making excuses for this belligerent behavior of his employee and allowed her to continue to taunt and argue in front of other customers. I am the Pastor of our church and many of my congregants frequently use this location, but I will discuss this at our next church meeting and encourage my congregation members to AVOID this SUBWAY location. The Management is empowering chaos and unruly disrespect by allowing these employees to treat customers who are purchasing from this business like "nothing"!! She got very ghetto and street wise to be a white girl. Read moreI ordered a 6 inch Tuna sub, and I wanted the bread toasted. After getting on back on the road I opened my sandwich so I noticed my bread wasn’t toasted and the tuna was running off the bread like liquid. I turned around and went back to the restaurant. When I arrived, showed the sandwich to the person that repaired it, she said she needed to go and speak with the supervisor to see if she could replace the sandwich. Meanwhile, the other employee looked at the sandwich and said, somebody put too much mayonnaise in it. My problem is the person that made the decision that the sandwich was correct never even looked at the sandwich. She just sent the employee back to tell me that that’s the way they always make their tuna. The supervisor never even looked at the sandwich, if she would have looked at the sandwich, she would’ve known that the bread wasn’t toasted, and the tuna was very runny. I am a field engineer and I’m on the road all day every day I eat at Subway 5 to 6 times a week for lunch. I’ve never been treated that way at a subway. I am very disappointed that the supervisor never even looked at the sandwich that I had to complain about. The supervisor must be an owner or something because she didn’t even care. Everything we said seem like a problem to them.When handing them our card , they snatched it , giving it back They shoved it in my hand , I asked for 2 simple sandwiches And they couldn't even get that right, and upon getting home I opened up the sandwiches for me and my wife ... we got 2 Philly cheese steaks, one with Mayonnaise onion and cheese , The other one with spinach, onion , banana peppers, and cucumber niether was correct .... I was very angry so I called and asked for a manager. Magically the women who answered said speaking, and so I told her about my incorrect order. Upon hearing my complaints she proceeded to argue with me telling me that upon watching the cameras that they made my sandwiches correctly. I see no spinach, no cheese, no mayo, and I took pictures....Lol... Also next time be clear when I tell you I'm not coming back, argue with me saying you can come back I'll remake one of them, and I said no I don't want nothing free, I'm letting you know your employees don't listen, don't understand the difference between lettuce and spinach, and lurch at the window got me bent thinking it's ok to snatch things from peoples hands.
