Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Literally had the employee argue with me over what pizza I ordered, when I order a 3 cheese pizza and she insist it comes with pepperoni... no 3 cheese pizza I'm not sure she understands, she says it's only her 3rd day and she is by her self and now I need to wait for a co-worker to come and deal with me. I ordered a 3 cheese pizza a tuscan chicken with no top cheese (came with no cheese at all) a speacilty pizza and 2 2litters and cheese bread online via delivery. 75% of my order was wrong both drinks and 2 pizzas were wrong. So I brought them back to the store even then she is still rude I love ordering here and never been treated so rudely by a "new employee" holy crap! Co-worker came in and re made my pizza and got my drinks switched out. He was helpful and nice and apologized. New employee needs more training, definitely should not be left alone on her 3rd day. Her customer service sucks! I had my receipt clearly shows she messed up, take the hit admit you messed up and move on. Apologize and fix the mess up. Not a big deal but never should argue with a customer over you being wrong. I still give 3 stars because the pizza is good even if I spent $80 with delivery and tip and still had to drive down here could...

The store on MLK. I used to love going in to buy a pizza now I hate it I know I have to watch the workers because I have seen them touch money and then without changing gloves start making a new pizza. I tried to speak to the manager after yesterdays trip to poppas The girl making pizzas picked up a box with her gloves on moved it then wrapped a pizza without changing her gloves then she went to the back to get a dough to start my pizza she never took her gloves off when she started to unwrap the dough I said I need you to change your gloves she smarted off I was going to then she changed gloves proceeded to make the cheese pizza it wasnt till I got home I saw she had not put any sauce on the pizza when I called to tell the manager today the manager was very listless in her responces I got the impression she didnt care she began to tell me about her medical issues and made no effort to make it right she hung up on me when I said it doesnt seem like you...

We ordered online so we didn't have to wait came in on time asked about our order. The young lady at the register was clueless. She turned to the older women who yelled at me that I needed to wait my turn. I informed her we had a pick up order to which she said nastily, she was fixing to make it. I'm not sure why I bothered ordering ahead. She did get them out in about 10 minutes but was extremely rude. If you don't like working with the public, please find another line of work, we don't like working with you either. Pizza was ok after I rearranged all the toppings that were piled in the middle and put cheese on it. Nothing special. Cheese bread was greasy...
