It had been sometime since I've eaten here and I remember the food being amazing, so I told some co-workers and we decided on lunch here last week, the food was still amazing, my 1 biggest issue that has stuck with me is that they were out of coleslaw for my Carolina burger and I asked to substitute pickles since they were out of coleslaw and was told NO that I'd have to pay the .75 cents to add pickle, talk about looking out for the customer, I asked the lady who was on the phone taking the order what was the problem with substituin pickles since they were out of coleslaw, again I was told no we will not substitute. I did go ahead and place the order for me and my co-workers ,but I will say I'm really disappointed in this business for not doing a substitution due to something they were out of, I don't know why this had bothered me and stuck with me so bad, I'm just used to amazing customer service and I felt like this business did not go the extra mile for the customer and something they were out of which was not directly the customer's fault, seems like in this case it was more about making an extra dollar instead of looking out for the customer due to something...

2025 (Nov) - prices went up 50 cents across the board, but tax is still included. Still only take out and cash only. Remember, if he runs out of food he closes early.

2023 (Jul) - Still great prices although currently it is only take out.

2022 - some prices have gone up, but not much and not all, but tax is still included. :-)

2018 - Great food at a very affordable price. This is a cash only place and that helps keep the prices down. Burgers, chicken salad, tuna salad, and ice tea are hand made daily. I was hesitant when I crossed this place on G-maps but was hungry enough to try it. Wow, was I glad I had! This place serves delicious food and you can't beat the price per plate. I walked in and asked everyone what to order and each person recommended the cheeseburger plate. If everyone knows, they know. I got the double with fries and their super hotdog. I was super satisfied and full! It was like eating a home grilled burger and dog! Definitely worth it over ANY fast food joint. Don't skip it. Stop in and grab a bite. You won't regret it either.
