Update 10/4/18: so I went in to use my 20 dollar gift card from CJ. I like CJs chipotle/spicy ranch and I paid for extras but what they gave me looked like regular ranch. I asked if this was the spicy ranch because it wasn't even orange he said yes and walked away, after I just heard him tell a co worker they were out. So instead of making a new batch he gave me whatever little bit they had left from the previous day. I just threw them out and made my own at home. I won't stop coming here just because CJ was so good to me before, I'll only come in when I know he's there working. I notice a lack of consistency and his team need a to be more honest and work on their customer service
SECOND 5 STAR POST 10/2018: I regularly order Schlotzsky's delivery and never have issues with my order. Today I ordered a Southwest Salad no cheese and 3 sugar cookies. When I received my order there was no chicken. I called the manager and spoke with CJ. He is by far THE BEST RESTAURANT MANAGER IN FAYETTEVILLE! He went far and beyond for me unnecessarily. All I really wanted was the chicken so I was willing to just drive up there and have them put the chicken on it. He 1st gave me the option to have one of the kids come by and give me another salad. I did not want another salad to be wasted. I told him I'd just come up and get the chicken but he insisted. I came up he gave me a duplicate order in addition to the one I already had which he put chicken on and then gave me a gift card too. He's so kind and sweet, the kids just need more training. As long as he's there, Schlotsky's has a life long customer here. Also ask for his Chipotle ranch Dressing. DELICIOUS.
ORIGINAL 5 STAR POST AUG 2018: Often order through GrubHub for delivery. Excellent customer service they leave cute little notes on my pizza box and give me an extra cookie almost every time they're really really sweet staff in the...

I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be made on Jalapeño Cheddar bread with chipotle mayonnaise. What I received was a completely plain sandwich on regular bread with no jalapeño and bland mayonnaise—not even a hint of chipotle.
To make matters worse, when I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a refund, they refused to return my money and proceeded to argue with me about what I clearly didn’t receive. I even left the entire meal—sandwich, drink, cookie—untouched on the counter, because it was inedible and not what I ordered.
I paid for something specific and didn’t get it. That’s false advertising, plain and simple. Refusing a refund in that situation is completely unacceptable and shows just how little regard this location has for its customers.
Schlotzsky’s Fayetteville, NC has earned the title of the worst sandwich shop in the city in my book. I will not return, and I strongly urge others to check their orders twice—or better yet, take their...
Read moreI must say I went to Schlotzskys with high expectations. I was thinking what place would have a great salad in my area and this deli popped in mind being that I pass by it often. With that being said I proceeded to the drive through, I ordered a Caeser Salad with a lemonade. The price was reasonable for a salad I suppose but just not the salad I received. I expected a much more fresh and authentic salad. I received a prepackaged plastic bowl with lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons and a cup of caeser dressing. It was a VERY low quality salad. A huge disappointment, I must say. Along side the salad came garlic bread which I thought was nice until I picked it up and realized how soggy it was. It looked like a sponge that’s been sucking water up. The lemonade wasn’t fresh, tastes like powder mix and water. I expected so much more from this place. I expected fresh quality food items and I got the exact opposite. I suppose if you’re looking for low quality deli food, this...
