I love bubble tea and I was so excited to see they had one in my hometown when I came to visit my parents. I ordered a pineapple green tea with mango jellies. Once I got it and tried it, I didn’t like it. So I asked if it was possible for me to simply just exchange since all prices are the exact same, at least for the items I would get. The staff was polite and helpful, but informed me that they couldn’t do that. Everything was final sale and there was no refunds. Lol why? I bought something I didn’t like, and I wasn’t trying to get my money back, I simply just wanted a different tea. Anytime a customer has informed, especially within that “2 bites/2 minute” timeframe, that something wasn’t okay with their order or if it wasn’t enjoyable, we as people in the service industry attempt guest recovery to determine a solution to what will ensure and deliver an enjoyable experience. And unfortunately I didn’t get that. I just didn’t know that is now a thing, that you couldn’t get a drink traded out or any type of recovery. You just have to repurchase a whole new drink. Never experienced that before. Appreciate the knowledge gained from this opportunity.
Understood. There was no skip in line. I actually waited in line again to discuss the matter. But you know, this is your business, your rules. I get it. And again, I appreciated the knowledge I gained from this. Have a great...
Read moreBrung my daughter there yesterday because she specifically wanted bubble tea from that specific location. We stumbled across the business last year and had a great experience and bubble tea, so decided to give it a try again. On our visit yesterday it was not all that busy and the two girls working, were rude, had attitudes, never acknowledged us even though we stood at the counter waiting for ten to fifteen minutes for them to say hello, we'll be with you in a minute, just give me a second, how are you.....they said NOTHING. Then when the girl came to the counter to take our order she was short in her communication and rude as if we did something to her by us being there or as if she hated her job. I don't care either way, being kind goes a long way and I came to spend my money like every other customer. Besides, they both chose jobs working with the public, so if they don't know how to turn it off or on as far as how they present themselves, they shouldn't work there, or maybe management should consider someone with a better work ethic and ATTITUDE to micromanage. Would give 0 if I could for the terrible customer service, though I no longer care to visit there, I hope they improve...
Read moreWent to this place today with my kids and my mom. The first thing I noticed the girl at the counter was struggling with the register and with understanding the orders. The lady in front of us had to depart her order 3 times. It was our time to order and we ordered. We ordered 3 drinks. When we first ordered we asked for a boba drink. They ran out of the blue beads for the drinks. That the main reason we went. So we ordered a couple other drinks. Mine son ordered a strawberry slush. And they give him a strawberry taffee coffee drink. First why would we order a coffee taffe drink for my year old. I tried to return the drink and get my son the slush. They said they had a no return or exchange policy. Once you ordered. Because the cashier repeated you order. This policy is posted no where in the around the cashier or in the building. The girl just said it's the manager rule. And there was no manager on staff. If you have this policy why would you put a girl who is training on the register. And a girl who speaks broken English. Just moved to fayetville. We used to go a lot of places like this in vegas. Wont be going back. And I will let everybody know about this...
