I personally did not think this laser tag was very good and I would not do it again. The price is very high, if you do not go when they are having a promotional deal for half the amount of the play time. They explain the different game play for sometimes longer than you are actually playing. For instance there was a game where the game lasted about 15 seconds after kids ran to the middle and most people had not even left the base, then it was time for another 3 minutes explaining a 2 minute game. There also are NO lasers on the laser machines like other laser tag. They also do "upgrades" for more money which gives people a lot more of an advantage. So after you already overpay you would need to add on more money for upgrades! If you are 7 this is probably very fun but even then the laser machine probably weighs more than you because they are ridiculously huge. They only have head bands, not breast plates, so peoples hair can cover their headband and they can not get out of the game. It also makes it very hard for people to even tell they were out or if they have reset it, because you can not see it so kids will run off thinking they have reset their band but they haven't. Only reason I give two stars is the staff is nice. There is also no way to see your score at the end of the game or any information on how anyone did. I would definitely search for a different laser tag place that has lasers on the machines, is not so expensive for a low quality experience, and simply has the proper set up to create an enjoyable experience for adults...

Went here apart of WAQ with my unit. Service was great. The team we had giving us instructions on the games were very nice, funny, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I recommend wearing close toe tennis shoes and flexible pants. Like what you'd wear for rock climbing... if you get cold easily bring a jacket if you are just observing.

The maximum people we had in our group was about 22-23 so about 11 on each team.... that was the perfect amount I believe. I think 20 would be the perfect amount but The space is huge!!!

I have never been in an arena so spacious before (2floors, lots of space to move around & places to hide) idk if that's good or bad because you really have to put in work to accomplish the missions but then again everytime you turn around you're not running into the opposing team... unless they are just that good. It was fun!

We played for about 1:30 then had a break for 15-20... then return to play another hour or so...

It's like playing COD in real life. They have short rounds of scenario based gameplay, each team gets a turn to play the same game to score points.

They have snacks (chips, drinks, candy, dippin dots & more) you can buy.

Bathroom was clean.

Rules are understandable and reasonable! Don't run because the weapons are metal and you honestly can't see what around the corner most times!!! I learned this the hard way lol

Not sure if the have a short play time option where you do 3-4 games instead of 8, but I would recommend and...

I left this review a while back. It was amazing. We recently went and had a bad experience. Every other time we have gone we had amazing experiences. This time we went for a birthday of a friend of ours. We where in a group, the person who explained the games and was the leader was not the greatest person. When people raised concerns she just said we'll I didn't see it happen so I can't do nothing about it. We had ended up with 7 people against 12 people. That was not fun since we couldn't even get out of our spawn area. A little girl was crying because of it, she was crying because she couldn't get people out and because it wasn't fun anymore. Once 5 of us left, the other people who work there stopped playing and people switched teams to make it fun. That part was towards the end of the game when that happend. One of our friends who was with us had brought up the running that was going on and all she said was, we'll I didn't see it happen so I can't do anything about it. If employees can't follow the rules why should any else.

Maybe I'll go back eventually but right know I really just want people to learn from this. This is an amazing place and I do hope to come back but the experience we had was not fun. Out of all the times we had gone, this was the only bad...
