I went in to get a pickup order for my sister in law and Sean, the worker, was very disrespectful from the start. He first told me he couldnât fulfill my order because they were out of coffee beans, but then was told by another employee that they actually have one left. He then threw the bag in my face with a very bothered look. Then we ran into a problem with my order because it was for two bags of coffee. Sean said he could not do anything for my problem or give me a refund because the âsystem wonât allow itâ. I asked to speak with a manager to assist me, Sean raised his hand and rolled his eyes and said âItâs me.â He was very, very disrespectful throughout the whole process of trying to solve my issue. Another worker had to step in and help, and actually solved the problem. Overall, I am not pleased at all with how the supposedly manager was for customer service, his actions and tone of voice. When I arrived, I walked into the lobby, through the unlocked front door, only to be told by the staff the lobby is closed, despite that I was standing in the lobby, and that I would need to get in the long drive through line to pick up my mobile order. Obviously this completely defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order. When I requested a refund for my drink, which the staff had not yet made, I was told it was impossible to do so and to come back later in the week. Why was I able to purchase a mobile order at all? Why was there no notice of having to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru line? Why was the door open if the lobby was closed? It almost feels hostile when you walk in to get your mobile order. I don't know if they are under new management, but when you go inside, everyone seems pretentious and they have so much attitude. Why are the workers here so unhappy? If this location doesn't like taking mobile orders, then maybe don't allow mobile orders?
