Ordered over 30$ worth of food. Got it and it was cold even though specifically instructed to toast the sandwiches. My husband asked for oil and vinaigrette and salt and pepper and it wasn’t added. Then on my sandwich I got the steak and cheese. My sandwich is all Mayo and lettuce. I barely had any meat at all and paid extra for extra cheese and I didn’t get that either. It’s all small issues but what upset me the most was how many times I had to actually call before ANYONE answered the phone. When I finally got an employee after calling LITERALLY 12 times I asked for a manager. He wasn’t in so I requested speaking with another supervisor on duty and explained what my problem was. She goes to tell me to just bring the food back and she would replace it. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but the whole reason we ordered through uber eats was so we didn’t have to leave the house. So I asked if there was anyway she could just take our names down and replace the sandwich at a later date but she advised me that was against her bosses policy. Easy enough Picked up my order and it looked like someone shaved Kermit the Frog’s armpits in my sandwich. I kindly asked if they could remake the order, she said I can’t remake the order. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t refund an item that had been opened...(how was I supposed to know it was correct if I can’t open it?)
Here’s the kicker. I asked to speak to the manager and she flat out lied and gave me the store number, fully knowing that the manager wasn’t in that day. I can forgive subpar food and human error; but, blatant disrespect and horrible customer service...really though???

Read moreWent into this subway with my friend and the first thing i saw wrong was the workers weren't wearing hair nets nor mask. So i asked the 2 ladies working yal don't have to wear mask or hair nets. Her response was we dont have to. I said wow i won't be eating here on top of that they acted like they had a attitude after i asked. I mean i have been into plenty other restaurants since the pandemic and all have mask at least. I have went into a subway before and had a long string of hair baked into my bread so when it comes to hair nets and ur making sandwich esp it's important to wear them.
