Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Love Taco Bell who doesn't but tonight. We live very close and eat Taco Bell often. Tonight we splurged and ordered it through door dash. Wanted toasted cheddar chalupa box as we even special ordered special date night. Substituted cinna twists for chips and cheese which they charge more for. Got a regular chalupa in boxes and cheese but no chips. Called store to tell them and ya i can go pick them up but dang i already splurged and can't even get the order right. The manager says the toasted cheddar chalupa box is no longer on menu. So I asked why it was still an option then. He told me that was up to corporate. He had no control over it. During the day lunch service tends to be amazing. Dinner service not so great. I now have 3 free chips and cheese waiting for me to pick up no this isn't the first order that was messed up.

Sept 2021 ...this place has continues to go downhill. I don't like to be negative but the night shift has serious issues. 2 weeks ago my husband literally waited 45 mins. Today it was not as busy so time wasn't that bad but we pull over to check our food in a cravings box and guess what no chips. I get it not expensive items but eating out for us is a treat even at cheap taco bell. Sad that the one closest to us is still having issues that keep getting worse. The people seem nice. I don't know if this is lack of training or lack of caring

Tonight the supposedly “General Manager“ who said he’s name was Andrew informed me my pick up order was not received although the app, the charge to my bank card, an emailed receipt confirmed other wise - I pointed this out, then he suddenly told me that they DID received it..However the items I ordered on the app were not available??! So I asked what items were available to order - and he said he could ‘maybe get a taco or two for me’ - Im setting there w/my family expecting a meal I had already paid a bit over $25 for us. I then asked for a refund & he told me that he couldn’t do a thing about it , Even following it up with telling me that he was “sorry for my luck”.. By this time I was looking for the hidden cameras and maybe some prank tv host lol I mean this was bizarre! I pulled up to the Window and try to make light of the situation and simply asked if they sincerely didn’t have any options in order to get a meal. I asked about the refund again and this time once again for the third time the second answer was different than the first answer. So I was basically being lied to consecutively - I was promised a refund by the next morning. And was very inconvenienced by the situation as well as treated a fool and lied to. By very rude gentleman. Who...

Honestly… worst Taco Bell in my life. Past 3 times my order has been missing items, incorrect items, and now incomplete items!

I just paid $10 for two cheesy gordita crunches with potato instead of beef, and I got a gordita shell with like 6 potatoes covered in nacho cheese and that’s it. I’m baffled like this isn’t even close to the menu item. The last two times I had ordered on the app and two items I guess just weren’t available at the store. Once they replaced it with a random item of the same price. The other time they just kept the money without reimbursing or replacing it.

I’d say the decline of this location really started like 7 months ago. It’s become overcooked and chewy, and honestly it’s almost to the point of inedible. While it was a mediocre decline originally, I would say the rapid intensity from food to cardboard really picked up in July.

Before y’all come for me, Yah I definitely should’ve checked before driving off but too late now. No, I don’t think Taco Bell corporate or this establishment care in any capacity. This post isn’t for me- it’s to warn people to go to literally any other Taco Bell in Fayetteville!

The only reason it’s not a total flop is because the workers are always nice. I blame the decline on management...
