We spend at least $50-$75 at least once a week. Tonight we ordered 15 Carne asada tacos, 4 carnitas and fish tacos. We came home and found 4 asada tacos and the rest were carnitas. Most of the people in my house don't like pork, hence the steak tacos! Not only did we get the wrong tacos, we were also shorted two. I called the store to ask what we can do about the mistake and the young man from the drive thru rudely says I can bring back all the tacos to the store and they'll remake them. I asked if they could just credit or discount me, because we are home now and he said no. They don't do that. So I asked why ihave to go all the way back to the store when it was their fault, and I spent $50 on this order and waited in line awhile for it. Then he hung up on me!! Seriously? When I was trying to ask for EXTRA napkins the girl interrupted and said napkins and fork were in the bag. Again...listen to the customer! I asked for EXTRA napkins, which, by the way, would have come in mighty handy (see below).
Price: Extremely overpriced, especially for the quality, which brings us to:
Food: Despite carefully carrying it as packaged, all the juice from the almost-rotten, inedible tomatoes leached out and mixed with about half the beans, which also managed to leach out, making for a gooey mess. (See...I knew I needed extra napkins!)

Read moreI went there yesterday on my way to work. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos. Not sure what I got but was definitely not what I ordered. See pic below. Called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and wanted me to come all the way back over there to bring the food back as if she could serve it to someone else. She even verified that I was given the wrong order and everything. I told her I couldn’t come back at the moment because I was on my way to work. I asked her to refund my money. Of course she refused and was adamant I return food that I had already left with after I told her I would send her a picture because I don’t live close.
