The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Normally we tend to not have any issuesand have been coming for years. Everybody is very friendly and sweet and even this time they were with what happened. I was picking up lunch like I normally do for a couple of co-workers. I was under the impression that they were able to take pretty much any sandwich and turn it into a salad which we have done before. The poor guy on the phone did not know that they couldn't do that anymore so when I got there I found out that they couldn't do it, because prof theicing issues. Kind of sad since I know how much she enjoyed HoneyBaked Ham before. We always get gift cards sent in the mail by family, so we decided to go and get a few things from there today and we walked in and we were the only ones there. This is my first time buying a ham for the holidays from this company. When I realized I missed my appointment time to pick up, I called. I was treated very rudely on the phone and hung up on. When I went to pick it up, I didn't have my code pulled up, but I gave my name and started searching for the screenshot of it.
