Normally we tend to not have any issuesand have been coming for years. Everybody is very friendly and sweet and even this time they were with what happened. I was picking up lunch like I normally do for a couple of co-workers. I was under the impression that they were able to take pretty much any sandwich and turn it into a salad which we have done before. The poor guy on the phone did not know that they couldn't do that anymore so when I got there I found out that they couldn't do it, because prof theicing issues.
