Waffle House — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Christmas eve drove to Fayetteville NC for a one. Day visit. Stay at the Days Inns on Skibo rd. Cked in at midnight ask the clerk where can i get. Some thing to eat since most of the business where close because it was Xmas eve.any way he said to me go down about a block on the right theres gonna be. A Waffle House on the right side now i usually get a t_ bone steak hash browns and two eggs over medium,in my mind i said i was gonna get me a waffle hash brown my two eggs over medium, since it was already late and did not want to eat a heavy meal. so as im standing there i observed thr waitress taking a waffle out for a order what i saw in my mind i said no way thats a waffle it was flat like a McDonald's pancake she still served it any. So i said it aint no well in hell thats a waffle so i needed conformation the cook comes over and cooks two more waffles they came out all flat. Now ladies and gentlemen i am a chef by trade. And own my own food truck here in Atlanta Ga.And by me serving funnel cake and deep fried Oreos if the batter is old or have been left out for a long time your product is not gonna rise , not lpng after that he went to the refrigerator and got him so fresh batter to my surprise those waffle came out just as flat as the previous ones so now my mind is turn in the mean time my wife and i is watching this playing out.my wife who has now become an expert on making funnel cake and fried Oreos. Kept saying oh no oh no couldn't believe what she was seeing.to make a long story short the experience was horrible the wait. Time was stupid ridicules and i had to tell the cook change his gloves be fore he touch my toast with the gloves he had just touch the bacon he just pulled out.The long and short of this story is you can not let your guard down when...

Ordered online ..paid and used the address on the app to go get my food. The address didn't sate north McPherson Church road just McPherson Church road. So here I am driving all over Fayetteville arriving in neighborhoods that have no waffle House, so when I finally get to the waffle House to get my food one is called too I tell the lady who's giving my food the address on my receipt was not the correct address so is my is my food cold or is it hot? So she wants to argue with me and tells me well it depends on where you're coming from as to what the address gives you. No not true so finally I had to Google this on my phone to find out where the waffle House is at! Then there's some customer sitting there beside us in our conversation and tells me that's because I don't have an iPhone 8 and where I was going! I clearly told him you need to be quiet! So this went on for 10 minutes and the woman wanted to argue me who works at the waffle House my food is cold I'm mad then older lady that works there who's using a walker apologize about the woman I felt bad because she did not need to apologize about her worker, she also agreed that she's had other customers say that the address is incorrect online for their waffle House. So needless to say I'm disgusted with customer service my food is cold I'm not happy and I won't go back there nor will I ever order online to from any crappy waffle House I should know better but it was late at night and I was in a hurry Do not recommend going back nor anybody going to this crappy...

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I’m not normally a person to leave a review but in this scenario I feel obligated to speak up. To start our waitress if you can call her that seemed to be as doped out of her mind as possible. Brought dirty utensils to the table didn’t check during our meal to see if we needed refills, came to the table 2 times with no clear intentions of why she came over and made a comment of making sure I had my bacon which goes to show she wasn’t sure of what she was doing bc she had just 5 mins prior brought it to the table. As soon as we sat down and this waitress came over we immediately wanted to get up and leave just looking at her for the simple fact that she was sneezing and conversations, asked questions repeatedly and looked like a true meth head full of sores and bumps. Last we had to get up and ask someone else for our check bc we were tired of waiting and when she did bring our check she tried to charge for a full meal to my coworker who had only gotten a sandwich and drink. To CC and the rest of the staff who were apologetic on this girls behalf this is no reflection on you guys or the store. Just hope to see this mess be taken...
