Regular customer at this WH. Came for relaxing breakfast, was very, very cold inside!!! Our server was Nicole, but goes by the nickname of "Nicki". Placed my "Breakfast Meal" order, asking for some extra pickles. She immediately added $.80, I told her I had never paid for "extra" pickles at any waffle house!!!...she very rudely, said "I will ask my manager.", which I never saw her do, nor did she get back to me about it!!!.....A few minutes later I asked her for some mustard. She made a sarcastic remark to another server, Lisa, " he doesn't even have his food yet", which me and my wife both heard her say also. The other server brought me the mustard. So, I enjoyed my meal, as everything was cooked just right...as I was finishing. I asked Nicki for some more pickles. She immediately grab my bill and added another$.80!!! to the already totaled out bill. I said, "so you are going to charge me $.80, again....she would not answer my question and walked away...then the cook/manager turned and said because I did not get a sandwich it was correct to charge me!!!....Again, I told her I was a regular (she knows that/me) and I had never paid for extra pickles, much less double($1.60). So, I go to pay the bill of $24.00 to her at the cash register and I decided to not leave a tip, because of her poor, rude, obnoxious, no service....I told her I decided not to leave a tip and put a big zero with a slash, gave her the ticket back and with customers behind me and beside me, she looked at the ticket, saw no tip, and called me a "DIRTY OLD MAN." As me and me and my wife were walking out, she turned to the manager/cook and said very loudly to her, with other servers and customers around, "HE'S JUST A DIRTY OLD MAN".....very, very embarrassing moment for me and my wife!!!...FYI....I am not a dirty old man. I am a retired Lt Col, USAF, and a retired professor/softball coach from a university in the local community and very well thought of. As I stated, I am a regulator customer who loves WH, and do not expect to be treated in the above manner as I was today by this server!!!...If I was the owner of this WH, I would dismiss this server for publicly embarrassing...

My wife asked for her eggs to be cooked well then the cheese placed on top of the eggs.first go round cheese was cooked inside the eggs so my wife then asked to have the eggs remade.now mind you she only had eggs an grits so instead of taking the whole plate an maki g sure the food was hot she let the plate told the cook she yelled out the eggs wrong .now fast forward to bringing the new eggs out they laid 2 pieces of cold cheese on top of the eggs an served it like that now her grits are cold too...my 2yr only have scrambled eggs they where ice cold i dont understand when the food is made to order...now my wife goes to pay for the order no she doesn't tip i usually do an its cash why i was a server for years so if you know you know...she seen there was no tip an proceeded to tell her coworker when didnt tip just talking shit the coworker sat back an looked dead at us...like we werent rude at any point said yes thank you have a blessed day an all..at no point was this acceptable at all you wouldnt want or appreciate your food being brought to you this way..the cook was wrong for even letting your plates go out this way...we understand you hate your job please call out this young lady was just so unprofessional like my time an money...

I walked into the establishment, the waitress, courteous, kind, attentive take my order and after a long period of time, she does not call my order out for the cook to start my order. She was arguing back-and-forth with another server about my order and at that time I asked was there a problem she in a professional manner responded that the cooks were busy to take care of the order the whole time the cook was sitting off to the side in a conversation with another employee after 15 minutes of me, waiting for my food to be started to even be cooked I got up offered to pay for my beverage, and then I was leaving because I was unhappy, and one of us said cook stepped up to confront me in a unprofessional manner and claim to be the manager of the night I expressed to him my experience and that I wish to leave, but I was paying for my consumption of the soda. I ordered, he returned, told me never to return. Respectfully, I walked away, disgusted with the lack of customer service and professionalism of the gentleman that so-called clean himself, the manager.
If its How waffle House policy to alienate and belittle and care less for customer service for patrons of your establishment, then maybe I should just go through the drive-through or some...
