Wendy's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I’m only giving one star because I have to! This place is near my house kids always want it. The past few months I’ve been I have had horrific experiences with the staff! On top of being cut off constantly and arguing while ordering (because apparently I’m ordering incorrectly even though it’s literally the same every time) the staf huffs and puffs on the intercom and never say thank you or anything positive. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I get to a window to pay which apparently change by the day by windows one and two. This time I have had it and will be contacting HR! The female at the first “pay” window literally had her hand on her head and back to me for over 5 minutes. Did not move. I drove to the 2nd window following traffic to pay bc I hadn’t paid. A terribly rude pregnant female yelled at me because I didn’t pay and slammed the window in my face. As I’m watching no one do anything. Then a manager brings her a till. She stands talking for another 7-10 minutes in drive through back facing me. Then slammed open the window for my money and slammed it on me as I asked for a manager. He came and as he was talking she was yelling over us both!! Saying I messed up and she did nothing wrong as she’s yelling then clinches her fist and puffs up shaking her head as if we are about to fight because she’s in the wrong. Then as I thank the manager he tells me sorry that happened and he has to get back to making burgers. Our food is clearly to cold to eat now and thrown together like the window!!! DO NOT GO here! Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had! She should not be employed at all! And management needs to manage and not be scared of some loud mouth female! I will see that this is dealt with accordingly! I promise! I’ve never seen something so terrible! This Wendy’s needs to shut down just horrible! One day had one guy running the entire store! Ordered from the drive through and as per the last 3 visits food is worse that Mc Donald's honestly! Ordered 20.00 worth of food and it was all below par! Asiago chicken was burnt, dried out massively and honestly ready for the trash! It was hard to chew, no ranch sauce at all, dry sandwich, lettuce wilted, not fresh. Tomato mushy and tasteless. Bun was semi hard and tasted a bit stale. Large French fry was ice cold upon driving away when I reached in the sack to grab one to eat. Jr cheeseburger was fair, meat was dried out and it had been microwaved to melt the cheese like it was melted. Medium frosty had I guess what appeared to be chocolate syrup in it that had not been mixed completely. Very disappointed, and honestly not sure I will ever be back. 20.00 is alot of money for me to spend on lunch! I can get below par food alot cheaper at McDonalds! The other 2 visits orders were incorrect, missing food and a manager that practically throws you food at you to keep the line moving. Unpleasant experience always with her. I got a combo last week and asked for two extra sauces, found out I didn't get only after I got home. They were busy; I should have checked before leaving. Today, they weren't as busy, but still forgot the two extra sauces, which was fine because I checked after leaving the window. I went in and was quickly recognized by the lady at the second window. The conversation went as follows:

"What's wrong?" "Can I please get the two extra sauces?" She grabs the sauces. "We usually give two with that combo." "I asked for two extra and didn't get them."

That last sentence of mine was spoken to open air as the lady turned around before I was finished and went back to the window.

I don't mind if something is forgotten but I do mind being treated like a jackass for going in to get it. Due to her shirt, I'm guessing she was a manager but can't be sure based on the way she...
