Wicked Wood Fired Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Alexandria and her team absolutely outdid themselves for our wedding. Not only are they extremely friendly and kind, they make everyone feel important- no matter who they are. We love their pizza so much that we had to have them cater our wedding! They were on-time, ran smoothly, and the price is fair for the wonderful quality of food they serve. Alex went above and beyond- after our crazy evening and running around like a crazy person, we found that Alex and her team had left personal pizzas with our favorite crust (the Ezekiel crust). We hadn't even requested this! It made me cry to see the thought and care she had put into such a simple thing. She had even written "Mr." and "Mrs." on our respective boxes. On top of all that, she even remembered our favorite pizzas and we hadn't talked to her about our faves for a few months (it was probably in passing, too, that we briefly mentioned our faves). I can't wait to eat Wicked Wood every special occasion we get- the quality of the ingredients, the creativity, and the demeanor of the team make Wicked Wood Fired pizza our absolute favorite eatery. I regret not making the red baron in my freezer really bad right now. I ordered the honey pig pizza and it was absolutely trash. First of all i could cover the whole pizza with my hand, it was that small. Second of all the sauce and dough tasted like something you would get in the frozen pizza aisle at Walmart. Third, and finally, the pizza costed me $20 after a $3 tip, which i regret being so generous with too. I will say the pepperoni was good, but there’s only one per slice. I feel like i just got robbed, but not at gunpoint, with a smile. I could have walked to Domino’s but i drove to the hood for this. Plus, they only gave me one crushed red pepper and one parmesan, I’m not sure if they’re broke or not but i hope this review puts them out of business. This was my 1st trip and let's just say it'll be my last!!! Arrived at 843pm and attempted to order a pizza. I politely asked if they were closing for the night. The young lady asked the guy if he could still make a pizza and he said "yeah I guess so. What do you want?" I told him that I wasnt sure because I'd never been there before. He said well we're only open for another 15mins soooo............. His attitude was not what I would want anyone to experience and immediately made me change my mind about ever coming there. Very rude and for someone that's never been there I would think you'd at least make a suggestion or attempt to make the patron feel comfortable when ordering.
