I ordered a 60 pc wing over the phone and got in and paid for it only to realize he charged me for a 6 pc. I was very nice about the mistake and told him I said 60 pc but he barely speaks English so I assumed he was saying 60 pc also but the funny thing is he didn’t want to accept the fact he made a mistake. The Banks Crossing location has been fantastic. 1st thing you notice compared to similar places in the area is how clean the restaurant is. Gives you a little more confidence of the cleanliness in the kitchen. Secondly, they move quickly and process your order fast. Lastly, its just good. These people have the worst customer service ever. The Asian lady at the front never has a smile and is completely rude. They have so many stipulations posted everywhere to avoid being able to accommodate speaking English (which I think is a fraud). Now I’m not racist on my end because clearly I patronize the business but from the MANY encounters I’ve had, I’d have to say it’s the other way around, especially for their main demographic of customers which is sad.
