The drink was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting, but I was not happy with the service. I decided I was in the mood for a fruit shake. After I saw him start making it, I asked if any ingredients were added like yogurt and he said sweetened condensed milk. I told him I couldn't have it and he offered an alternate. I then mentioned the signs should say what's really in it. He says he already talked to the owner about it. Good so far. He did mention the new drink had strawberry jelly in it and asked if that was ok. I really appreciated that. When I mentioned the new drink was less expensive, he said he would give me money from his tips. I handed it back and told him I didn't want his tip money. If he said nothing more, I would have not left feeling this way. But then he said something like "Well, I asked you if you have any questions and I did waste some ingredients." Please give this man some training. It would be better to ask if people have any dietary restrictions or foods/drinks they avoid. Pretty good boba, but the quality varies depending on who's serving. I get the Zencha every time, and sometimes it has plenty of boba and brown sugar syrup, and sometimes it's skimping out. I have also gotten different definitions of how their punch reward card works. Previously, I got two bobas and only the 9 and the free topping was open. I don't get any extra toppings, and the person behind the counter explained that wouldn't be an issue, and next time I came in, I could order one boba and get the next one free. However, when I came in to order a boba and one free one, a different person said that isn't how it worked, and I'd have to order something with extra topping and another boba before getting a free one. This place is so cute and has such a calming atmosphere! Hannah, the owner, talked to me and you can tell she’s very dedicated to her work and making sure her customers are satisfied. She even offered me a free drink in asking for feedback on her menu. When I provided criticism, she was very receptive and understanding of it. She was explicit about allergy warnings and informed me of some ingredients used in her sandwiches for my partner’s safety. Hannah puts in so much thought and effort into every item on her menu and it truly tastes like it. They offer a menu of authentic drinks and banh mi, as well as trinkets, jewelry, and stationery that they sell on the shelves.
