I cannot rate EVM Jewelers highly enough! I found an engagement ring design I loved online, and Brooke was wonderful in helping make my custom dream ring a reality. From being super respectful of our budget and ensuring we did not pay above what she first quoted, to doing her own research about my stone options (I went with a unique quartz over a traditional diamond), to making sure I was 100% happy with the design I could not have asked for better customer service! She was great about helping me customize, which was a breath of fresh air after several jewelers I visited weren't really prepared to go outside of the traditional styles and stone options.

We ended up ordering my fiancé's wedding band from EVM's website afterwards, and when we needed to return it (we couldn't just resize it because of the material) Brooke once again came to the rescue by reaching out to the supplier and making sure we could exchange it. If I ever have any jewelry needs in the future, I will definitely be going to EVM first, and directing as many friends...

The entire experience at Evermore from start to finish was top notch! We had been looking for an engagement ring for a while, but felt pressured and guided towards things we were not interested at other jewelry stores. Jay took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us many options. When we told him something we didn't like, he listened, and adjusted accordingly. We ultimately decided on a combination of 2 rings we were torn between, and they were able to make a custom ring that was exactly what we both wanted. My fiance told me the ring ended up even better than what she had dreamed of. Prices, time frames, and expectations were communicated accurately and effectively. Absolutely incredible experience here. Not from Fayetteville but was getting married here. Had bought watches from a store in Chicago (where I live) for my groomsmen that are scattered all over the country, but had to find somewhere in NWA to get them resized for each individual one right before the wedding. Called a number of different jewelry stores that were incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Thankfully, i called EVM. Ryan was seriously the best. He got us all sorted out in a timely fashion. Everyone else didn’t want to deal with us since we were from out of state and didn’t buy one of their watches, but EVM saved the day.
