Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Every time my company has ordered through this PapaJohns We have had nothing but hassle. On this last Saturday we had bad rain storms and flooding, I ordered a pizza online, and waited 2 hours with no call no cancellation on the online order or anything. When I called a man on the phone stated the order was ready and that they could have someone be sent out with it. I asked to speak with the manager so I could possibly receive a discount of some sort for my wait. When the manager was passed the phone I explained the situation and he very rudely stated " I have 107 orders on my board there is no way I could call all of them to cancel!" They have already charged my card. It's already the 3rd business day since this insident and still no reimbursement. I will never EVER order from Papa John's again. Three months ago I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got home the order was wrong and I called the location telling them about THEIR ERROR! I was told by the manager on duty that night that they would replace the order. Tonight I was going to redeem my replacement that the manager had told me to call in for next time I ordered and was told that because it had been THREE months it was no longer valid. Apparently Papa John's puts a time limit on when you should redeem food THEY MESSED UP! So they wouldn't give me my replacement order. WHEN A COMPANY MAKES AN ERROR THAT DOESN'T GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DICTATE WHEN THE CONSUMER ORDERS THEIR REPLACEMENT! Terrible experience! Please not go to this Papa Johns. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE FROM THE RUDE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. The worst place I have ever been to in a long time. I ordered a simple pickup order for my family and as soon as I got there the girl behind the counter was socialising with a male customer too busy to even acknowledge me. I waited over five minutes and finally interrupted their flirting and asked if she was able to serve me. She was very rude and said they didn’t have my order then continued laughing with this man.
