Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Federal Heights

As you can see from the picture below my chicken bowl was lacking one very important ingredient, chicken. I got maybe two table spoons of chicken in the inter bowl. All though I was charged for a chicken bowl. I ordered using the app so I was not given a receipt. There for complaining to corporate I can not do. The other picture was a chicken burrito I order. It was tiny & not filling and also lacking chicken. I’ve never ordered from this location before. I will not be coming back. Seriously, how dare you take my money & not even but the protein in it. I didn’t ask for chicken items with extra light chicken. That what I got. I would like a refund or something because you gave me beans & rice & cheese. Tried to hide the fact you did not but much chicken in there at all. It really simple you know. You wait for the person to show up & go sorry we are all out of chicken. Can I offer you something else. Not give me a kids size burrito & a bowl with 2 table spoons of chicken in it. I hope you see this & make it right. Shame on you for ripping people off. UPDATE: they have not made it right. It been over 9months. Don’t go to this location. I would suggest another location...

I have gone to this chipotle for years and I have to say, the service is absolutely amazing! People truly don’t expect the level of service you get here- I ordered delivery for the first time and forgot to put something in my order and couldn’t change it once the order was submitted. I called the store and Bailie (I will never forget you, my friend!) helped take care of me by fixing my order immediately and even got me something free on the side because she could tell I was stressed about the situation. To make it even better, she wrote a little note for me telling me to enjoy my meal and left it in the bag. It was such a nice touch!! Absolutely the kind of service I wish every restaurant had. The food took less than 25 minutes to get here too, which is unbelievable, and ordering it on the Chipotle app made it literally half the price as grubhub was. Insanely good experience all around!

This is just the most recent example of me getting absolutely incredible service at this location too! They provide this on a consistent basis and the food is, of course, amazing in every way. Thank you Bailie Westback and the rest...

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in 2 hours before closing. The store is empty. The boy and girl are giggling at the tortilla stand for 5 minutes before even saying hello. After that they were giggling still and I asked for pinto beans and they said sorry we’re all out. After working all day I tried again and they said “We just don’t have any more for the night.” I continued with my bowl as well as my boyfriend continuing to order his. When we went to pay. We asked if we could get some kind of courtesy for the inconvenience. The girl ask for Sergio the manager of the night and he came to the front and said “ Sorry man, we’re just out for the night, we’re trying to close. We just can’t give it to you for free.” Trying to tell him I didn’t want it for free while he was interrupting me. I tried clarifying for some composition for the meal but he was unwilling for any trying to say it’s just close to closing. Again. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend...
