If I can give 0 stars for customer service I definitely would! Steer clear from this one guys. Today I went to get me and my little one some dinner. I went through the drive thru and placed my order: chicken nugget meal with OJ, chicken sandwich with Arnold Palmer, chicken pimento just the sandwich. I scanned for points, paid and headed to the drive thru. Got my order from this nice guy at the window and drove off. While I was 1 mile away, I realized that they forgot my sons fries. So I rightfully so, went back and told the lady at the drive thru that they forgot my fries. She told me sorry and to head to the window. So I go to the window… whoever is the manager there (with red striped red and white dress shirt and long brown hair and glasses) is honestly the rudest person I have ever met. Mind you, my toddler is in the backseat. The nice guy at the window asks if I’m the girl with the missing fry. I said yes. Then the “manager” tells me to give them my chick fil a bag. I thought that was super odd because isn’t that against health protocols right now? But I was like ok? And handed it over anyway. She took it and set it on the counter and said “there is fries in here already so what’s the problem?”. So I told her, “but I’m missing the fries for my chicken nugget meal. I already have the drink but I’m missing the fries.” She looks at me like I’m dumb or something and I was trying really hard to be nice. She then said “if you look at your receipt we didn’t charge you for the fries”. I told her I paid for the meal because I got the drink so why am I getting a meal with no fries? I then look at my receipt and saw that the girl in the drive thru put my OJ in a separate entry even though when she repeated my order back to me, she said meal… that’s what I wanted and what I ordered. She told me that if I want fries that I have to pay for them. I was confused at this moment, so I asked her, “are you charging me taxes with those fries even though it’s your mistake? Because that’s not what I paid for so I’m not paying $5 for fries when I should’ve just gotten them with my meal”. I thought it would make sense to a normal person that understood when they are in the wrong. But nope she said I have to pay for the fries. Again guys, I ordered a meal and she still had our bag. So I told her it’s your mistake because that’s not what I ordered and really I thought, it’s just fries dude! Is it coming out of your paycheck? It’s not my mistake and I shouldn’t have to pay for YOUR mistake. So while everyone is staring at me and another manager comes over and asks what’s going on and the other “manager” mumbles under her breath, I straight up tell this store to please tell customers what they are paying for if y’all are deciding to put kids in the drive thru. Don’t just tell me, show me! Because that is not what I ordered and what was repeated back to me. The other manager just looked as confused as I was because this other manager was waiting for me to pay for the fries. The fries dude! I know the other manager was like “why don’t you just give her the fries?”. So I just whip out my app and scan my free fry reward. I shouldn’t have to though. But wow chick fil a these are the managers you’re putting in charge? Y’all are really going down hill. What happened to your courtesy? What happened to the customer being more important that your stubbornness? I honestly do not even care to go back. I was treated and talked down to with such little respect even though I’m a paying customer! Too bad chick fil a now has really poor representation. I will make sure that our company/organization does not cater Chick...
Read moreWe came for dessert and to let the kids play. It happened to be a night for an elementary schools fundraiser but we didnt know because we were visiting the area. When we realized this it wasn't a big deal until there were 10-13 year olds in the small play place for the children. There was the height restrictions posted on the door but they were not being adheared to. Instead of blaming any child in particular we chose to request an employee to go in and ask the obviously bigger kids to leave. She goes in to look and sees many of the older kids pushing and landing on the smaller children. She comes out and speaks to the Manager Andy who tells her that it's not their job to enforce safety that the parents are liable for whatever happens. She comes over to us to tell us the same thing as if we couldn't over hear Andy laughing about the situation and not wanting to do anything to hurt his chances of making more money with the fundraiser. We were there for about 45 most of which our kids stayed out of the play place for FEAR of an injury. Which at least 3 hurt and crying children were taken home in the time we were still there after speaking with the employee. On top of the 3 that got hurt many of the families with children that belonged in the play place left within 10 minutes of the bigger kids making it miserable.
I get that parents are responsible for their children but there are age restrictions for a reason and if they are there the restaurant has the ability to enforce them as well. But laughing about parents asking for help protecting their children is definitely...

Nothing like showing up to chicfila at 10:22am . Who knows what your going to get, maybe brakfast, maybe lunch, maybe they change the sign while staring into your soul to deliver the crushing blow.
This review is the culmination of several disappointing chic-fil-a experiences, which reached an apex today. I showed up at 10:22am to a drive thru with 5 customers in line. Considering the typical expectation of service , I should have plenty of time to order breakfast.
Queue: a 6 minute ordeal where the employees stared at an iPad and took no orders in my line specifically - the drive thru window remained moving. Followed by two elderly people walking up and talking to the employees, further distracting them. By the time the line moved it was 10:33. I then witnessed two people in front of me ordering breakfast, so my spirits rose; Quickly decimated by the employee over the drive thru speaker saying they were no longer serving breakfast. Then the sign flipped and it was my time to order in the slow line. So I told the employee to skip me and drove off.
Honestly? Disrespectful at best. Your company sells the facade of customer service.
