They have a policy that they are not supposed to give you the pizza unless you pay them first, supposedly. I had never heard of this policy anywhere. They do not advise you of this policy through the phone or in any of there pamphlets. So this just happened 5 minutes ago and I am really bothered and frustrated by this, for my kids and I are pretty hungry. I have been ordering for a long time and never really had any issues with them, for I had always had the chance to check my pizzas before I pay, if there was an issue I would show the delivery guy. The gentleman, his name is Steven or Stephen, at my door, delivery was on time, but I asked him to let me check the pizzas before i could give him the money he said he would not do that unless I paid him. I replied "I am not going to do that, I need to see the pizzas are right first" then he just ask me for the soda back and left. I called the store that is, Domino's at Federal Heights in Denver, spoke to Gerard, the manager, explain what had happened and he just said they had a policy that would not allow then to give the customer the pizza unless they paid first. I ask the manager if this policy was written somewhere and what he was going to do to resolve this issue and he said nothing. I will not order from this location anymore. I am not against their policy but it should be stated before, we as customers, place an order. I just be ordering from Papa Johns...
Read moreI ordered pizzas for carryout in December and got home and they were a little too dine for our liking. I calked in and spoke to a female employee who aid she would give me a credit for the pizzas because they were closed for carryout. I wen UT of town right after Christms & my husband reminded me we had those so I called to redeem them and there were no notes or employee comments & I couldn't go back to pick up fresh pizzas because they ere closed for carryout by then. So now I'm out for those two pizzas because one o their employees didn't put notes in w/her initials. That's crazy, the guy who answered the phone was like yeah sorry, there's noting I can do. Like it didn't occur to him that she might of made an honest mistake and didn't put it in while on the phone w/me & possibly forgot. I am a restaurant manager and this was an easy fix to keep a satisfied customer, but I guess they don't need those a y this location. Super frustrated....Note to self, always get the person's name regardless of what they tell you. This obviously wouldn't have helped...
Read moreWould have given it a negative score if I could. Placed an order online with no hassles. After an hour of waiting (tracker said it was quality checked after 25 minutes) I contacted the store to check on my order. They had to ask what I ordered after I had already given my name and number. After asking whether or not the order was out for delivery or at the store, (I would have just picked it up if it was at the store.) I was told they would check and was put on hold again. Upon returning, I was told that they had screwed up my order and if I want them to remake it. I asked why they hadn't called to tell me there would be a delay and was told that they were really busy and if I had a problem that I should go work there. Needless to say I demanded a refund as I don't need to be treated that way as a customer. Poor quality Dominos. Lost me as a...
