Worst Jersey Mikes! Me and my grandmother went because she had received a 25 $ gift card for Jersey Mikes as a gift for her retirement. She even had the receipt for the gift card too. We ordered two giant sandwiches which should’ve only came up to around 32 dollars. When we swiped the 25$ gift card he said we still had to pay 17 dollars. That didn’t make any sense because we should’ve only had to pay around 7$ left. He said the total was 42 dollars for both sandwiches and we told him that’s wrong. He tried to change it but apparently the computer froze. Another girl came to help the screen and swiped the gift card later and said there’s no money on the gift card. We explained to her that the guy swiped the card already, that’s why there was no money left. She said there’s no receipt to show we used it or paid for anything. We told her duhhhh you didn’t get a receipt because we never finished the transaction in the first place, we never finished paying for both the sandwiches. She called her boss on the phone and everything.. the guy was minding his business and wouldn’t even explain to the girl or boss what actually happened. I think he should’ve been handling the situation in the first place smh. The girl said “Well you can pay 17$ and that makes one sandwich free”. That was not a deal at all, that was a rip off. It was ridiculous, and eventually me and my grandma talked to the boss on the phone.. he just said the same thing the girl said. He eventually said maybe the gift card wasn’t loaded in the first place. In my head I was thinking “Why wouldn’t it be loaded if the payment was 42 and went to 17 after using the 25$ gift card, you do the math🙄” we went to target and they couldn’t do anything so we lost our 25$ and never got...
Read moreWe ordered a couple sandwich platters, cookies and brownies for the Mike Tyson fight.
As the order was still in the making when my partner stopped by I dropped in to pick it up myself a little later on.
This location is easy to find and has it own parking lot. The store is super clean and welcoming tho I didn’t notice many patrons eating in house during my brief visit. After all the pre-fights had already begun.
The staff were so friendly and kind - even helping me carry all the food out to the car! I held the brownies as I wanted them with me in the front seat (so glad I did this by the way because they are absolutely amazing & days later I can’t stop thinking about them!).
The sandwiches were labeled so it was easy for the veggie folks to find their fare. On the side was mustard and mayonnaise so folks could choose their own adventure.
While I typically go for their cheesesteak (love the big kahuna) I opted for their Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo this time. It did not disappoint.
Highly recommend popping in for a quick bite or ordering ahead for...
Read moreI would give zero stars if that was an option! When we walked in there last night on Tuesday January 11th around six o’clock, no one greeted us, acknowledged us and basically kept their backs to us. Two of the workers looked somewhat busy but there was a young dark haired skinny girl that was basically pretending to be busy so she didn’t have to take our order. The restaurant was completely empty too! She made eye contact with us about three times but continued to keep her back to us. We walked out and I said, “thanks anyway!” She started laughing and proceeded to get on her cell phone. These disrespectful entitled kids are going to be begging for a job when kiosks take over and they have no opportunities for employment! We ended up going to McDonalds next door because we were pretty hungry by then. The service there was excellent! Pretty sad! We will never go to that location again! The Smash burger closed recently in that same strip and I hope the Jersey...
