I've never written a bad review on a place before but having plenty of customer service experience of my own, felt I needed to put this out there. Night crew (not calling out everyone, I've had occasional very nice employees) has messed up my order EVERY time no joke. I usually shrug it off and give them the benefit of the doubt, but there was one time around 3 am I went with a friend, we payed and I was too trusting to ask for a receipt. We got our food and didn't check the bag till we got to her place. We noticed that we pretty much got someone else's order so this time I decided I would actually go back and get what I payed for. I dropped her off and went back through the drive thru. I politely told them I was pretty sure they gave me the wrong order. I rolled up to the second window as requested and told the woman what I was missing. First she asked to see the receipt which I didn't have, so she questioned me several times asking me what I was missing in my order so I told her exactly what I was missing. She said ok and then brought out the manager to ask me again. I was a little thrown off, but at least in my experience even if you have suspicion the customer is lying you kinda gotta take their word for it depending on the situation as well as what the restaurants policy is. Anyways, the manager straight up told me I was a liar and was just trying to get free food and she had "proof" in the cameras that I got my bag with my food. And I just looked at her confused and in disbelief because I knew for damn sure that was some bs. I'm not at all confrontational and my voice got shaky saying this but I was mad so I straight up told her, "First off, pretty much everything on your menu is a dollar, you really think I'm tryna cop myself a couple extra things for free?? I don't know how to make you believe me, but you gave me the wrong order and all I want are the things I'm missing and to be on my damn way. Check the cameras again if you need to because whatever you seeing isn't me I know that for damn sure." She said fine and went back and checked. Then she came back and asked me if I payed with cash or card. I told her card and she said "Oh the camera footage I saw is from when we were only taking cash orders, what time did you come here?" I told her I was there just 15-20 mins ago. She said okay and finally brought me what I was missing. No apologies or anything of the sort. I understand they needed to be sure I wasn't just an ah* customer trying to take advantage of them but lemme just say the way they handled that was ridiculous and very unprofessional. I've had several other times at this location as well where an employee has been extremely rude. One of the times I accidently confirmed the wrong order at the first window because she only listed two things on the order and they happened to be things in my own order as well. When I got to the window they didn't give me all my food so I told them and we worked through the confusion and we figured out I confirmed the wrong order. I told them it was completely my fault and I should have made sure at the first window it was my full order. Then when they brought up the girl who took my order she looked at me dead in the eye and said "That f** b told me that was her order." And continued to talk mad s* on me right in front of my face. I said nothing, got my correct order and drove away. Point being, this McDonald's has some issues to work through, I really hope things have gotten better. Haven't been since the first incident I listed and have been debating writing a review and finally broke down. Read moreI come here whenever I have no time to go somewhere else because they always forget something or give you something totally different than your order. Today is a record low: I returned to the location after they forgot my shake but I didn’t realize until I got all the way home. They are always slammed around midday and I went at about 2:15pm.. I went inside so I wouldn’t be waiting through a dozen cars waiting in the drive thru. When I got in there was a shake in the counter that was completely liquid I asked the girl to remake it because that’s gross and she refused insisting she’d just made it which could not have been true. So we went back and forth and she kept insisting that it was new but it wasn’t. I left and called the store asked to speak to the manager and the worker Liza would not put one on the line then I asked to speak to the owner of the franchise and she put me on with Laura who maybe was a shift supervisor but obviously not the owner they said I couldn’t speak to the owner and then that they weren’t there so I asked for when they would be there or how I could speak with them and they finally gave me a general number for McDonald’s complaints. I called back again to get their store number and my receipt number because they also did not give me my receipt. She asked how they could help me I told them that I want a shake on a different day maybe and she kept asking me to come back today and drive back a second time. At that point I lost it with their inability to speak clear English and illogical delivery of good customer service and left.
Unless you have A LOT of time and are willing to eat anything on the entire McDonald’s menu instead of your order, go to the McDonalds on 2750 w 104th ave - federal heights, they are very accurate in their order output and usually the workers speak understandable English.

Read moreDrive through order I took home went into the trash can. $10 in the trash can. The bun for the Big Mac I ordered was so stale it was hard as croutons and completely not edible. All of the condiments and lettuce were everywhere but on the burger patties. The cheese was mostly on the box and just slightly on the burger. The fries were soggy and had no salt, they also gave no salt package to season them with.
Four out of five times I order here the food is bad made carelessly or the order is completely wrong. They don’t know how to ring things up, the people don’t know anything about the menu or pricing. They are incapable of telling you what promotion is currently running. I’ve been overcharged a multitude of times because the person taking my order says a promotion is still running, takes my order and the price is wrong because that promotion is in fact no longer running - and the person taking the order is too clueless, unconcerned with their job performance and childish to do the job correctly.
They throw things in the bags, effectively dumping all of the contents out and piling other items on them. Basically dig and sort when you get home because nothing is still in the boxes. I live down the street from this McDonald’s and will from now on drive to any other McDonald’s if I want to eat this garbage.
You guys do realize McDonald’s food is not only unhealthy but isn’t very good either. It’s way over priced now too. Used to be worth eating McDoubles when they were a buck, but nothing on the menu is worth what they charge for it now.
You guys want higher pay and unions to negotiate benefits and work environment conditions, but you can’t even make a sandwich that someone would want to eat. I will never...
