This is the last time I let those people in that particular Dominos disrespect me. Last time I ordered from them was fight night. I understand they were super busy, but they had me waiting for two hours for my order in the store only for the manager to tell me every 45 minutes that I needed to wait a little bit longer a little bit longer a little bit longer… Eventually, I had enough And I spoke up One of the other workers had to come to the front to assess the situation and tell the manager to back off because he was being that disrespectful and rude.. AnyWho, today I ordered a pizza for my daughter for pick up. It was a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese. We get home. We open the box and we noticed that not only is there not extra cheese. there are spots that have no sauce or cheese on it, then reach out to Domino to let them know, and they were rude from the beginning told me that they know that they put extra cheese on it and that if I wanted them to do anything about it I needed to come get my pizza right then and there and that I couldn’t get it a different day. I had to get it that day and as a matter fact, I had to get it within a few minutes or I couldn’t get it,.. I then asked the gentleman if he was saying that I was lying? And then I told him that no I’m not coming there right now. I just got home. I have to attend to my kids. I will be there later tonight to get it and that he can’t tell me that I have to come there right now. he then just sat on the phone in silence and hung up. So now I have to go up there before the end of the night to get a pizza and I’m going to record myself when I do it This is really bad. It’s one thing having a bad day coming to work, but you have people in there that have bad days every day. I’m a really nice person. I give good customer service myself. Read moreThis is by far the WORST place I’ve ever spent my hard earned money at!!! I ordered my pizza at at 6:42pm 2/25/2023 and the app was stuck for 40 minutes on quality control. No text messages after I signed up to receive text messages. I tried to call this location and after five minutes of sitting, listening to a loop about dominoes somebody picked up the phone and just started hitting buttons as I’m saying hello over and over again trying to figure out where my food is mind you it is now 8:20pm and then got hung up on. I called back a second time to sit and wait in the loop for five minutes. Listening to how fast you get your food and how great their food is and then all for some snotty girl to answer the phone. When I asked where my food was she irritatedly asked what my phone number was and then said oh it looks like it’s just leaving the door now and I let her know that it was still stuck on quality control, and I received no messages and she said sorry I don’t control the apps and I told her of course I understand that you don’t control the apps I’m just trying to inform you of a situation, I’ve ordered my pizza over an hour and 20 minutes ago and still haven’t heard anything and not received my food. Very disgusting very disappointing. Would never go to this place again. I would recommend anybody else go to a different location. When you spend $60 on two medium pizzas and some chicken, it’s kind of depressing that you don’t at least get good customer service when you’re calling to ask where your food is. Read moreSo I just placed an order with Domino's Pizza the twin lakes store. I placed the order at 10:59, they close at midnight. Admittedly, the order was large. And so although they charged my card, they canceled my order. I instantly called their store. They told me that they had called my phone to verify the order, when we didn't answer they cancelled the order. Their reasoning behind this cancellation was that they had called my phone number to verify the AUTHENTICITY of the order that I was ALREADY CHARGED FOR and to verify that we actually wanted this food, in this amount, this time of night. One would think such things had been substantiated by the order itself, but apparently not. And so following the phone call to the store, I re-ordered. The second order was placed at 11:23. Again, the twin lakes store closes at midnight. We stood pensively by the phone waiting for their phone call to verify the order, (this time they actually did call) it immediately came in and, brace yourself, they told me they were canceling my order because it was too large of an order to make at 11:30 when they closed at midnight. I was shocked because the original order had been placed at 10:59, an hour prior to closing, plenty of time to complete our order. And yet the twin lakes crew couldn't handle it. They exhibited a lack of professionalism an inability to complete their jobs and poor customer service skills on the phone and online. My entire dinner party was ruined. Some of my overnight guests left. It was a horrible end to a great evening and it was all thanks to the twin lakes crew at Domino's Pizza.
