Han's Burgers — Restaurant in Federal Way

We'd stopped in for lunch after going on a tour of a bourbon facility. The food was not bad, but it was not great. We had hamburgers and French fries Which the fries were hot and good. The meat was overcooked beyond the point of safe. We had water to drink. The customer service was okay. They were fast at Taking our order.. But it seemed like the person helping us was really not happy about being there. Not that he had an attitude, but you could tell. They just wanted to get done with what he was doing and move on to the next thing. Think maybe it was due to lack of staffing that that is what was going on in by the looks of the guy that was helpless. I think he might have been the owner.. By no way, am I saying the gentleman was rude? Just could tell that he was not happy about the position he was in.. The atmosphere was o k Needed some touch-ups here and there. But overall, it was not bad for lunch stop.. Maybe we just stopped in...

First time here not bad I ordered basic double cheese burger with fries, chicken nuggets, and small chocolate shake. It's like your homemade burger, and frozen nuggets just deep fried. I really do like their big cut up fries it was nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. I'm giving it a 3 star food was okay, but they forgot our extra fries we ordered we were charged for extra fries but never received it in our bag and the restaurant wasn't that busy.

I would just recommend stop for a quick moment and carefully check in the bag on your customer orders. We were already home and seen we only had one pack of fries and didn't want to waste our time...

First time here. I had the California Burger combo. Was delicious. Burger was juicy and toppings were fresh. Crinkle fries were great and they have they own home made fry sauce. That's a bonus. My Husband and Son got the Beef and Chicken Katsu Burger combo. Huge Burger. Chicken was an actual chicken breast not a fake patty. Thru lives them. Thru said they have really good katsu sauce. My husband did say he wished they had mustard available for the fries. Soda fountain has Coke. Not many options but that's OK. Another family with a kiddo came in and got milkshakes, they looked good. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Such great prices and you will...
