It's becoming one of those hit miss situations one time I may get good service the next time it is crappy. I placed an order from home on My McDonald app then I start driving up I pull in the parking lot I pull into the curbside area for pickup I click I'm here lately nine times out of 10 now it cannot identify me and sits there and spin so then the nightmare begins I go into the restaurant people tell me to I'm not connected to the internet and I need to connect to McDonald's internet and then the last time I kept doing everything did in my order got canceled after me using my credit card to pay for it which now it showed I was charged then refunded I also do not appreciate the fact you're being that I'm talking to them in English to begin with but as soon as something goes wrong they start talking in Spanish in front of me so I do not understand what is going on. I've already had some other incidents at the store I had to deal with one of the main people I'm assuming he's a owner or one of the big supervisor named Nick for a time where I was double billed there and they kept persisting they never double bill anybody that was something that never happens and turned out guess what I was right All I know is that I'm very frustrated now about the process of what's going on there The food I gave her three rating of your lucky I gave you three because by the time I wait around and got it it was cold the last time and the service was a one because I shouldn't have to go through trying to take and to get their internet working also taking and getting one receipt that shows I have a number and I ordered been placed and I don't have an order number to go any further The atmosphere I gave a one because I'm sitting in there I'm having problems I can't pretz going on and people are coming in and out and they didn't seem too worried about trying to help me as much as they were worried about getting the food out the door that last time I spent inside there was almost an hour just to have my order canceled being double charged and then have to place the order inside the store in order to get it right to take it out to my son whose special needs it was waiting in the car for me that whole time let's see if something can be done correctly now about doing this I'll be checking to see if Nick responds...

I recently went through the drive-thru at this location and had a very frustrating experience. First off, the second speaker in the drive-thru is terrible — you have to yell just to be heard, and even then, it’s hit or miss. I was shouting just to place my order, and the staff still had trouble understanding me.
I originally ordered a double cheeseburger and a McFlurry, but the employee told me that a double cheeseburger has to be ordered as a meal and therefore comes with a drink. I was confused but went along with it and said, “Okay, I’ll take a milkshake instead of the McFlurry.” The communication was difficult the whole time — I kept being asked to repeat myself, which made the situation even more frustrating.
When I finally got my order, they gave me two regular cheeseburgers instead of a double cheeseburger. At that point, I’d had enough and lost my cool. I asked why I was given the wrong item, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff doubled down and claimed that the double cheeseburger doesn’t come as a meal — completely contradicting what I was told earlier.
I felt like I was being gaslit. If a double cheeseburger isn’t part of a meal, then why did they insist I had to order a drink? And if that wasn’t the issue, then why was I charged for something I didn’t receive?
The lack of accountability and poor communication — both from faulty equipment and inattentive staff — made the experience incredibly frustrating. I don’t usually complain, but this one...
Read more"I recently visited the McDonald's location at Pacific Highway, S Federal Way, and was disappointed with the service. From the supervisor to the regular staff, everyone was rude and disrespectful. They would often communicate with me condescendingly, raising their eyebrows and looking me up and down. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours, the doors were closed, and the drive-thru was the only option. Even in the morning, the doors were locked, and I couldn't enter to use the restrooms or eat inside. When I tried to make contact, no one seemed to care or bother to explain why they were closed. To make matters worse, the food was dirty and overpriced. I advise caution when dealing with this location. They need to improve their customer service and food quality."
"I want to add another embarrassing experience at the same McDonald's location. When I tried to use the bathroom, they wouldn't open the door. If they did, I had to ask them in front of everyone to open the restroom door, which was humiliating. The staff wouldn't listen, and I had to repeat myself multiple times, raising my voice to get their attention. It felt like they were intentionally making me wait and embarrassing me in front of other customers. This experience was so degrading that I don't want to spend my money at this location again. They don't respect their customers, and it's not worth the humiliation. Whether it's McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant, it's not worth standing in front of everyone and asking them to open the restrooms. It's...
