Mi Chalateca — Restaurant in Federal Way

My first time and it will be the last. The service sucks and lets not say the food. There was only one lady cooking and cash handling. She didn't even wash her hands when she went back to the kitchen after she took the money. I sat down and she didn't even want to give me a menu she said ready to order or do you just want to look at the wall because the menu has other things. How rude. I asked for the menu and asked about the molcajete what it brought she said it was beef with pork so i just asked to get it only with beef. When she brought it to me well guess what it had pork i told her that wasn't what i ordered and she said it still has beef i said can i get a plate to take out the pork. she said just leave it there and dont eat it.My drinks came last instead of before my food like in every restaurant. When i paid i paid way more than i expected it didnt look right but she said it was. I was told this is a good place to visit, but my experience was really bad. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food, besides the time someone came and took our order. When we finally got our food, we needed more water and nobody came and asked us if we were ok. Ir if we were in need of something. The staff was more concerned about the game and chilling with their favorite guests. I felt really left out they should treat everyone with the same respect. Been there my first time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. There are better places and food to eat somewhere else. Too bad I drove 1 hour to get there to experience this bad of a service. Ok, so first time coming here today and the food was really food the service excellent. All my friends were happy with what they got and so on. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is simply because we were charged 50+ dollars in tip without as knowing and don't get me wrong I'm a good tipper and I usually tip more than a consumed so do my friends. So having this kind of charges on our bills and on the Southside... that it's not right. So for those reasons we won't be back. Unfortunately, we're lots of families that we get together on weekends and we go out but obviously not here...
